I quickly stand up. It's Heff and his gang. Eren walks up to him. Heff smiles at him. "Guess what champ?" he smiles. "Doctors say you can go home" Eren's grin turns into a large smile. "Thank you" Eren says cheerfully. "For everything". "W-what about me?"  I stutter. Heff looks at me. "His decision" Heff says pointing to Eren. I look at him. His face is grim. "I suggest you stay here" he grumbles. I feel my heart sink. I hoped he would let me go with him. Heff nods and hands Eren a backpack. Then he reaches into his backpack. "Do NOT lose this" Heff growls. He hands Eren a map of the districts. He nods and slips it into his backpack. "Let's get you dinner" Heff states. "Before you go off tonight". Eren nods in agreement. I stand there. I couldn't move. He really did hate me. "Why do you mess up everything?" I whisper to myself.

The moonlight reflects across the ground. I bite into an apple, the fresh juices running down my chin. I hear the door swing open. Eren comes out, a horse by his side. I stand up. "E-Eren........I'm sorry" I stutter. Eren looks at me and shakes his head. "Save it" he snaps. I feel weak. "I guess....I just...couldn't think" I begin. "I-I guess you mean a lot to me" I stutter. "And I wanted to b-be with you". Eren tilts his head confused. "Eren" I sigh. I walk up to him and grab his shoulder. His eyes widen. "BE careful". I sigh and look away. "Annie..." Eren begins. I look at him. There were tears in his eyes. "W-what hap-happened to Marco?" I feel my stomach drop. Marco. I'm silent. "ANNIE, WHAT happened to MARCO?!" Eren demands. I can't tell him. Eren's fists begin to ball up. "WHAT HAPPENED TO MARCO?!" He screams. I feel tears in my eyes. "M-Marco's death....was s-so-something I'll never forget" I sigh. Eren frowns. "Marco died....because I pushed him....off....the roof...into a titan's mouth". I hear Eren's breathing stop. "Y-you bast-" "IT WAS NEVER MY IDEA!" I scream. Eren is silent. He falls to his knees. He's shaking all over. "YOU are the monster" he shutters. "YOU were against us". I fall silent. I reach out for his hand, but he swats it away. Eren gets up and mounts his horse. "Eren pl-". "I want you to think about EVERYTHING you've done....and regret it...forever". Before I could respond, Eren urges his horse forward, riding away from the moonlight....... like a mirage. 

I couldn't sleep that night. "I want you to think about EVERYTHING you've done....and regret it...forever.......". I drifted into a terrible nightmare....about everything wrong I had done.....and the pain I caused to Eren along the way...............
