Chapter 4.... Bowling

When we arrived at the bowling alley we had beating the boys slow pokes" I said leaning against the counter.

We got our shoes "be careful Bailey was an amazing bowler when we were kids she was on a team and won a lot of awards" Scott said tying his shoes. "Ya but I haven't bowled in years" I said and we put the names in it went Scott, me, Stiles, Allison. Scott went first he got four pins the first time then got a spare "wow have you been practicing" I said with a smirk. I stood up "okay I probable suck at this now" I said and grabbed the bowling ball, I took a deep breath, then threw it down the lane. I got a strike.

I was even shocked a little "I thought you said you haven't played in years" Stiles said pointing to the lane. I smiled "I guess the skills still stuck with me" I said and sat back down at my seat, it was Stiles's turn now I could tell that he hadn't bowled in a while. He got zero pins the first time. "Hear" I said and got up I should him were to stand then told him where to look and aim "take a deep breath and let it out right before you throw the ball back okay". I sat back down and watched him he got eight pines he was happy that he at least got something "nice job" we all said and high fived him.

Then it was Alison's turn and she got nine pines then got a spare "man I leave and you two suck at bowling and now I come back and everything has changed" I said with a smile. "So what have you been up to" Scott asked "well I guess not a lot just little things hear and there" I said. I stood up and bowled and got another strike "so Bailey who do you live with mom, dad" Alison asked. There was a slight pause "my dad I never knew he left when I was five and my mom died when I was 13".

"I'm so sorry" Alison said "no big deal things happen" "if you don't mind me asking how did your mother die". I said "she died in a car accident then a week later I left this place to move in with my aunt but now I'm on my own" I smiled at the last part. We finished bowling shortly after and decided that Stiles was going to take Alison home then meet Scott and I at our old tree.
