Chapter 5

Star

The wolf charged towards us but ended up running right past me and to Trevor. It started to attack him, how much I hated Trevor I still had to help me. “Hey wolf” I called over and it looked at me “wanna run” I said with a smile as he bared his teeth at me and growled. “I'll take that as a yes” I said to myself and started to run away as the wolf chased after me. Once everyone saw the wolf, everyone was running away as it chased me. I ran fast in high heels.

Isabel

I looked as the wolf ran past Star and towards the boy. It started to attack him as Star looked at it “hey, wolf, wanna run” Star said as it bared its teeth. It was looking right at me as I realized it could be looking at Star. But its eyes burned into mine. Star ran off and so did I as it chased Star but was actually chasing me.

Isabel

I ran and ran as Star followed right behind me but had know idea I was right in front of her. Star ran past me as I stopped and she turned around realizing I was standing there “Isabel what are you doing, run”. I sighed and quick grabbed a gun from my small purse that was in my hand. I quickly turned around and aimed the gun at the wolf that was standing in front of me.

Then out of know were I went to shoot the wolf but Star pushed my arm “no don't” she said. I missed the wolf and it ran off as she stood in front of me watching it run.

Star

I looked into the wolf's eyes and saw something, something familiar. I didn't know what was more worried, the fact a normal girl with the highest high heels pulled out a gun from her purse or the fact I felt connected with the wolf. I quickly pushed Isabel's arm so she didn't shoot the wolf and missed it. It ran off as I watched it “are you serious, I had him” Isabel said to me as I realized Scott, Styles, Allison, and Derek was around us.

I turned around “me, what about you, you just pulled a gun out, out of know were and tried to shoot a wolf” I said to her. “Ya and I would have gotten the wolf if someone wasn't trying to protect them” she said to me mad. She walked up to my face “hunters kill wolfs,not sleep with them” she said to me.

I froze and looked at her “what” I said to her “oh don't act like you don't know what I'm talking about. You are a hunter”. Before she could say anything else I stopped her “how do you know” she smiled “I did my research just like a hunter should. The second I bumped into you I knew you were different. So why don't you tell everyone what's going threw that little head of yours”.

I looked at everyone then looked at the gun that was still in Isabel's hand. I had to do something quick. I looked at Derek who stood there with no emotion on his face, I couldn't read anything that told me what to do. I quick grabbed the gun out of Isabel's hand and pointed it at everyone. They all took a step back “Bailey what are you doing” Derek asked me.

I felt this anger come over me “my job” I said mad and shot Scott in the arm with a silver bullet. He fell to the ground as everyone looked at him and I ran off with the gun in my hand.
