Star

I drove off, leaving town for good this time, I couldn't stay here knowing that the one person I loved was here and I broke his heart. And mine. I thought of everything that has happened to me in this short time that I have been in this town. Scott was a wolf, I met 2 hunters, say my brother again, found out who my dad was, and fell in love with Derek all over again.

Was I ready to give up Derek? No, never. I slammed on my brakes and stopped the car. “I must be crazy” I said to myself as I got out my phone and went to call Derek. It rang for a little bit but no one answered so I hung up with a sigh and got out of my car as clouds made it seem like darkness had crept inside.

I heard a noise behind me and quick turned around “Deucalion” I said mad “wow calm your excitement, what not happy to see me”. “What are you doing here” I asked “what I can't see my only daughter “nope” I said as two guys walked up behind him. “Well then this is going to be a lot harder than I wanted it to be”.

“What is” I asked and the two guys walked up to me “I'm not letting hurt me this time” I said and twisted one guys arm over, breaking it. The other I broke his neck as they both fell to the ground. “You are like me” Deucalion smiled and walked away “wait” I called out and ran after him.

Isabel

I paced back and forth outside “I can't believe this, all this time we never knew about anything going on around here”. Scott leaned against the wall “welcome to my life” I stopped and looked at him. “Were do think Derek went” I asked Scott “probable after Bailey, trying to stop her from leaving”.

“Scott can I talk to you for a minute” I look over to see Allison “be right back” Scott said and walked back inside. I knew I should have guessed that something was going on but I didn't. I leaned on the building, after about 10 minutes Scott came out “what wrong” I asked him as he looked upset.

“Allison and I broke up, its for the best, she wants a normal life and I can't give that to her”. Scott sighed and leaned on the wall next to me “I'm sorry” I said not really knowing what to say. “Its fine, thanks though” “sure, anytime you want someone to talk to I'm here”.

“In your high heels” Scott said which made us both laugh. “Ya” “how do you fight in those things anyways”. “Years of practice” I said and we both smiled at each other until Scott's phone went off. Scott looked at his phone and looked worried “whats wrong” I asked him.

“Derek just saw Deucalion with Bailey, Derek's going after them I have to help him” “I'm coming too” I said as Scott went to walk away. “You should stay here, its to dangerous” Scott said “no way, Scott I've waited for this fight for years, and danger is my middle name”.

I walked passed him knowing he rolled his eyes at me but we went after Derek and Bailey. We ran in the woods, Scott had talked me into wearing shoes before we left, even though I could run fine in high heels. We looked around as we were in the woods “where do you think they went” I asked looking around.

“I don't know” Scott looked around then tried to listen, “well” I asked “I can hear them” Scott said with a smile. “Come on” Scott said “Scott wait” I said and he stopped and looked at me. “Listen, if today is our last day, if we fight Deucalion and die there's something I want to do first”.

“We're not going to die” Scott said “if we were” I quickly said “there's something I've wanted to do for a while. But I never wanted to hurt anyone”. Scott looked at me confused as I took a deep breath and.....
