So. I was reading Return of The King...and my brain would not turn off with random thoughts related to lord of the rings/ Silmarillion.
So, here they are. Enjoy my insanity. 

1. I can see Feanor getting ticked off the Sauron is using one of the Palantíri. I can practically hear him complaining all the way from Valinor. Speaking of the Palantíri in the part of the book (that was not in the movie so spoiler i guess) where Denethor has one I can imagine Caranthir, Celegorm, or maybe Curufin just walking into the room. Yeeting him to the floor and grabbing the  Palantíri and are like "Hey. This is mine!" Then just walking out being ticked off.
Celegorm may pause and actually prosses that Gandalf is there and stops for a few moments to say hello then walks off leaving everyone in utter confusion about what happened. 

2. What would happen if Sauron did get the ring back? Will he turn back into his normal form? Maybe look like he did when he used the name Mairon? Will he just walk out of the black gate in all his glory? I want to know this. 

3. *dying of fangirling every little reference there is to the Silmarillion* 

4. Wait. How much is Aragorn related to Elros? I know he is a descendant but I mean but how much exactly? Since if it is a direct descendant that I am crying for Elrond. Cuz, he helped raise him! Imagin Elrond looking at little Aragorn and just being reminded of Elros!! *starts sobbing* 

5. I think Melkor was cheering Sauron on from the void. He was watching everything and was just cheering him on. Something like: You can beat them easily! They are small little humans. They only have like 5 elves with them or something. 

6. I am pretty sure there is that one Avari elf who was there for AGES and is just watching the world be pulled together and then breaking apart. Then when the war of the ring happened they were just like: Oh great. Here we go again! Another one going after a shiny thing. Maybe I should just head to Valinor at this point. This is getting so old. 

7. *is crying in the corner since a reference to how Lalaith died* 

8. I need to focus on reading this amazing book and stop getting distracted by silmaril- NUMANOR!

9. Can I just hug Legolas? Please? He is a sweet and innocent bean! 

10. HOW IN ARDA CAN PETER JACKSON NOT HAVE ELROND'S BOYS IN THE MOVIE! THEY ARE NOT EVEN MENTIONED! 

11. *laughing* Aw Gimli...it is okay to be scared of the ghosts just stick close to your best buddy Legolas. 

12. The friendship between Legolas and Gimli is the best thing ever! I mean just look at them! Legolas basically smuggled Gimli into the undying lands. I mean I can just see them standing there coming off the ship, Legolas laughing and blabbering about Mandos knows what and Gimli slowly crawling to the shore since he got sea-sick. Then when the others find out they are all looking at Legolas like he's insane but it goes right over his head. He mostly will be like 'This is my dwarf friend. Get your own' 

13. WHAT IF PETER JACKSON MADE A MOVIE ABOUT THE SILMARILLION!?! HOW SHOULD I REACT TO THAT? Should I be worried? I mean what if they do not cast a tall red-haired spiky boi as Mairon? What if they ruin all the music that is in the book? WHAT IF FEANOR HAS 00.2 SECONDS OF SCREEN TIME? What if they just gloss over the fact that Celegorm can talk to animals! *starts screaming* 

14. The books and movies are very different but each is their own works of art. 
Person: Even the hobbit? 
*turns to them slowly* you dare question the beauty that Lee Pace had as Thranduil?! OR THE FACT THAT THE CAST JUST CALLED LEGOLAS LEGGY BEHIND THE SCENES!!!

15. Headcannon: The daggers that Galdarail gave to Merry and Pippin belonged to Amras and Amrod. (She said they were numanor daggers that have seen war.) 

16. Gimli would love to meet the Feanorians. I mean they a group of elves that had good friendships with the dwarfs. I mean Celegorm most likely learned their language just to arm himself with more curse words. 

17. Imagin Fingon in Middle-Earth during the 3rd age. He'll just be trying to help everyone. 

18. I am 90% sure that by the end of the 3rd age the real reason Elrond went to Valinor is he was just done with everyone. 

19. Poor Elrond. His daughter is became human to live her life with Aragorn and he lost his brother since he also chose a mortal life. THIS ELF DESERVES A BREAK AND A HUG!
