The answer is NO! The Genocider is Frisk and Chara from 2 AUs I created are FearTale and DashTale!

And to be honest, Red Eye and Rouge are very different! Not the same so they are not the same person

And I changed the name of this AU to The Genocider because the name The Genocide Killer and Murder is too long and too boring, it sounds like I stole the name from Dust!Sans and Killer!Sans.

Just because DT!Chara look like Kurenai Shu doesn't mean he's Red Eye!
