Sorry, this chapter is short

I am VERY busy at the moment

I throw open the doors. The light wind breezes across my face. I take off my uniform jacket and tuck it under my arm. I collapse under a tree. I felt as if I were gonna break. Why did I freeze up around her? I sigh and rub grogginess away from my eyes. My legs are sore. The  afternoon sun slowly peaks over my face. I see people from the courtroom flood out. Once and a while, one of them would look down at me and raises their eyebrow. Finally, I see Mikasa and Armin walk bye. "Hey!" I call. Armin runs up to me. "Eren....that was amazing" Armin gasps. Mikasa walks up to me slowly. Her face is hidden with her scarf. I sit up. "Why Eren?" she mumbles. "D-did you stand up for HER?". I'm silent. "Would you care if SHE killed me?!". I see tears in her eyes. I feel awkward. "Mikasa stop..." I sigh. She grabs my arm. "WOULD YOU CARE IF I DIED!?". She forces me to stand. "Mikasa-". "I KNOW YOU LOVE HER....BUT DO YOU CARE ABOUT ME....CARED IF I DIED......IF ANNIE KILLED ME...IF-". "MIKASA STOP!". She freezes. I manage to stay standing. "Of course I care about you...BUT YOU CAN'T MESS WITH MY FEELINGS!". She turns away and walks away, slightly sobbing. I collapse to the ground. Armin grabs my crutch and hands it to me. "Man...what was THAT all about" I groan. Armin sits down next to me. "She just really cares about you......and since you paid more attention to Annie....I guess out of everyone you knew, she wanted the most attention and love". I nod. Armin smiles. "You did a really good job". I smile. "But you just loosened them up for me....you were amazing as usual". Armin laughs and flops down on the grass beside me. We lay under the shade and smile. Two best friends....together through thick and thin. We watch as the afternoon very slowly went into the evening. "Armin" I begin. "Thank you...for everything...for saving her.....for being there for me.....for being...my friend"
