(Concept: Sana and Jungkook are dating in a long-term relationship and they often like to go on special dates together. For this date, they decide to try something they've never done before)

(Sana POV)

"Where could we possibly be going?" I ask Jungkook, staring out of the car window.

"You'll see. Just a bit longer." He says.

"It's already getting dark though."

"That's the point, babe." He smirks.

He still wouldn't tell me where we were going. He wanted it to be a surprise. We've been driving for hours. We're currently in the middle of nowhere away from the city and any other civilization it seemed like.

This was nothing like our last date. On our last date, we just went to a karaoke place and had dinner. Today, he took us out to dinner and then we started driving somewhere else. That was about three hours ago.

All of a sudden, he pulls the car over and takes a look at his phone.

"This should be he spot." He mumbles.

"What? Here?" I look around. There was nothing but road in front of us and grass fields for miles on either side of the road.

"Yeah. Come on." He starts to get out of the car.

He's being serious?

He turns on his phone flashlight and walks over to my side of the car, opening the door for me.

I was reluctant to step outside.

"Come on, it's okay." He says, offering me his hand, "Here."

He goes around to the back seat of his car and pulls out a few blankets.

We start walking into the grass field. It was so quiet. There weren't even any other cars driving by.

He lays a blanket out once we got pretty far. He sits down, patting the spot next to him for me.

"Why did you take us all the way out here?" I ask, folding my arms to try to keep warm.

He takes the other blanket and wraps it around the two of us.

"Look up."

I was taken aback. I've never seen anything like this.

Stars. So many stars.

"You can't see the stars like this in the city. All the artificial light makes it hard for the stars to shine." He explains, "This spot is supposed to be the best spot for stargazing today."

It was beautiful. I could see everything.

I let myself fall back into the blanket, looking straight up at the sky.

"This is amazing." I say.

He chuckles, looking at me while I looked at the stars, "I'm glad you like it."

He held my hand under the blanket. Where we were right now, it felt like we were the only ones here in the entire world. Just the two of us.

After laying there for a while, I was able to notice the stars moving as the Earth slowly spun and we watched.

Jungkook snuggles up next to me, still looking up at the sky.

"I've always wanted to do something like this." He says.

"Really? I never would've thought about doing anything like this. Where'd you get the idea?" I ask.

He laughs softly, "Well...I got some inspiration when we went to that wonderspace together. There were so many pretty landscapes in the projections, but I wanted to show you the real thing."

I look at him and smile, "You're so sweet."

At this point, we stopped looking at the stars for a moment. Instead, we were gazing at each other. He looked at me with so much pride. I felt nothing but love whenever I was with him. That was something special.

He suddenly looks back up at the sky.

"Look, a shooting star!" He exclaims, "Hurry, make a wish!"

I watched him close his eyes before I looked back up to see the star. I barely saw it. It had already went across the sky before I could make a wish.

Jungkook looks back over to me, "What did you wish for?" He asks, "Oh, wait. You shouldn't tell me. If you told me, it wouldn't come true."

He smiles to himself, moving around under the blanket, "I can't tell you what I wished for, but I think it was a really good wish."

"I'm sure it was." I say.

There wasn't really anything out here to indicate how much time had passed, but it felt like we were out here for a while.

Jungkook puts his arms around me, hugging me while still gazing at the stars. I could see the light from the sky sparkling in his dark eyes.

At that moment, I thought:

I'd love to spend the rest of my life with him. We've been together for so long already, I can't ever imagine being apart from him after all we've been through.

We met thanks to some mutual friends. He first asked me out almost two years ago, but I feel like I've been with him forever.

"Jagiya." He calls.

"Hm?"

He chuckles, "Were you falling asleep?"

"No..! I've been looking at you this entire time, you didn't notice?"

He smiles, "You're adorable."

He sits up to stretch his arms, "You ready to hit the road again?"

I sit up next to him, "You're going to be okay driving home? It's a long drive. We should stop somewhere for coffee or something."

"I'll be okay, but coffee sounds like a good idea."

I thought he was going to get up and start heading back to the car, but here we were again, lost in each other's eyes.

At some point, he leans in and kisses me. We stayed like that for a while.

"I love you so much." He sighs after the kiss.

"I love you too, baby." I kiss his cheek one last time before getting up.

He held my hand again as we walked back to the car. We were ready to go home.
