(Concept by sana_winter , in the past Taehyung and Sana never got along)

(Adding to concept: BTS and Twice are good friends and Taehyung has a secret he's been holding for years)

(Taehyung POV)

BTS had some time off for the week so we were all pretty much doing our own things. I was at the beach when I got a call from Namjoon-hyung.

I stopped walking in the sand and answered the phone.

"Yeah, hey, Namjoon-hyung?" I say.

"Hey, Tae. Are you free this evening?" Namjoon asks.

I look at my watch and check the time.

"Yeah. I'm at the beach right now, but I should be back soon. Why are you asking?"

"The Twice members invited us to a party."

"A party? Who's gonna be there?" I ask.

"Well Nayeon called and she mentioned GOT7, Red Velvet and a few Seventeen members. I'm not exactly sure."

I thought about it before confirming.

It'd be cool to hang out with our friends for once. I haven't seen GOT7 in a while, I'd love to catch up with them.

"Sure I'll go if you're all going." I say.

"Cool. You were the last one I asked so yeah. Be back here by six so we can all head over there together."

"Got it. Thanks, hyung."

"No worries, Tae. See you soon."

I was excited thinking about seeing my friends again, but then I remembered what Namjoon said.

Twice was throwing this party. That means the Twice members would all probably be there. And that means she'll probably be there too. Great.

I'm talking about Sana. I've been trying to avoid her for a few reasons lately.

So...a while back, the guys found out I had a little crush on her and they blew the whole thing out of proportion.

As a response, I started acting like I didn't have a crush on her. I stopped talking to her as much and avoided her whenever I could.

This came off wrong. I think she probably hates me now. I was basically a jerk to her and now she avoids me too. Who am I kidding? I deserve this.

I try not to think about it on the way to the party.

When we got there, the GOT7 and Red Velvet were already there and the music was bumping.

Mingyu, Seongcheol, Minghao, and Vernon from Seventeen show up a bit later.

At first, the girls were all hanging out together away from the guys, but that changed pretty quickly.

Some of them started playing karaoke so I went to get a drink from the kitchen. I noticed Jimin follow me.

"So what are you finally going to say something to her?" He elbows me.

"I don't know what you're talking about." I say.

"Come on, Tae!"

"I told you I don't have feelings for her anymore." I shake my head.

"Don't lie." Jimin leans on the counter, "I see you looking at photos of her on Twice's Instagram."

I punch him in the shoulder for saying that so loud.

"Just forget about it." I say.

Jimin rolls his eyes at me and walks off.

After a few more rounds of karaoke and a short game of charades, something interesting happens.

"Hey, who wants to play truth or dare?" Bambam brings up the idea.

"Oh good idea! Let's do it spin the bottle style." Jackson adds.

It all happened so fast but everyone agreed to play.

"Are you gonna play, Tae?" Hobi-hyung asks.

I look around and I was the odd man out so I join in not wanting to be left out.

They set a few ground rules before starting.

"Nothing illegal, and nothing that will make everyone uncomfortable, got it?"

The person who spins the bottle gets to choose the truth or dare for whoever it lands on.

Yugyeom spins first. It lands on Jungkook.

"Jungkook, truth or dare?"

Knowing Jungkook, he'll choose dare.

"Dare, bro."

Yugyeom pauses to come up with the dare.

"I dare you to chug that whole bottle of cola right now." He says.

A few people gasp, a few laugh.

Jungkook sighs before walking to the kitchen. He picks up the plastic bottle and starts drinking. He finished it in just a few seconds, coughing on his way back to the game.

The bottle got passed to Jungkook and he spun it without hesitation. It stopped and pointed at me.

"Taehyung-ah," he says, "truth or dare?"

Without thinking I say dare.

"I dare you...to spend twenty minutes out on the balcony,"

Oh that's not too bad.

"with Sana-nuna."

Oh. There it is.

I saw Jimin laughing next to Jungkook. He must be behind this too.

Sana and I caught each other's gaze for a second before I got up and went to the balcony door.

We both stepped out and Jungkook locked us out.

"Your time starts now!" He yells through the glass before shutting the curtains.

The two of us sat in silence for a good two minutes.

"Why did Jungkook want me to come out here with you?" Sana asks without making eye contact with me. 

I keep staring off in the distance.

"I have no idea." I lie.

A few more minutes pass and I couldn't take it anymore.

"Sana, I'm sorry. I've been...ignoring you."

She turns towards me, making me start sweating.

"Why?" She asks.

"Cause I like you." I did it. I just said it. I needed to get that off of my chest.

"But why did you ignore me if you like me?" She asks as she wasn't even phased by what I just said.

"Because I'm dumb. I'm sorry. I never meant to make you feel bad. I was just so scared to say anything after my members found out." I explain.

"How long?"

"W-what?"

"How long have you liked me?"

I had to think about it.

"Maybe like...two years." I say, looking down.

"What a coincidence." She says under her breath.

"What was that?" I ask.

"Nothing." She laughs, "It's just funny because I liked you before you started ignoring me."

My jaw drops, "I am so sorry." That was all I could say.

"Now what..?"

I step closer to her and we lock eyes.

Her lips slightly part. I gently lift her face with my hand, directing her face towards mine.

I don't know what I was doing. It's like my body was moving on its own.

Her hands went up to my chest as I leaned in and we kissed.

I had one hand on her waist and my other going from her face to her hair, lightly stroking it.

She started leaning in, but she quickly  pushed me back when the curtains were yanked open and there was Jungkook standing there behind the door.

My face must have been bright red.

He opens the door, smirking.

"Twenty minutes are up. How'd it go?" He asks, smiling.

I look at Sana and she looks at me.

"We talked it out." That's all she said.

And honestly I was okay with that.

But this wasn't over.
