(Concept: Tzuyu is someone who  has never been in a relationship her entire life. Taehyung works as a "boyfriend for hire" and he's in high demand. Tzuyu is invited to her friend's wedding and decides to hire someone like Taehyung to go with her)

(Tzuyu POV)

"Tzuyu, are we finally gonna meet your boyfriend?" My friend asks.

I chuckle, "He can come?"

"Of course! You can all bring a plus-one."

"I'll let him know." I say.

I tried to stay calm, but inside, I was panicking. What am I going to do? I can't let them find out I've been lying about having a boyfriend all this time. Why did I lie? Because they all have boyfriends and they talk about them all the time. I didn't want to be singled out.

That night, I went online and did some research. I found a website where you can hire guys to go out with you for a day. This is probably my best bet. I looked through the different guys you can hire, trying to find someone that fit the description I told my friends.

The site showed the number of times they were hired, their reviews, and how much it would cost to hire them for a day. The most expensive guy had been hired over a hundred times. Just looking at his profile, he was a perfect fit.

Kim Taehyung.

I immediately hit the 'hire' button. Before you paid, it asked you to type out your expectations and any elaborations that would help them work better.

I'm hiring you to accompany me to my friend's wedding. I need you to act like you're my boyfriend and we've been together for almost a year. Please arrive at ******** at 11:00 AM and come dressed in wedding attire. It should only be for a few hours, but if it ends up being more, I'll pay you for the extra time.

I kept looking back at the photos on his profile. I can understand why he cost so much more than the others. He is very good-looking and he seems pretty cute. I'm kind of excited to meet him.

(Taehyung POV)

Before leaving the house, I took a mirror selca in my suit. I can use this for my profile; it'll look really nice.

I arrived at the venue on time and then I realized: I have no idea what this girl looks like. How am I supposed to find her? I guess she'll just have to find me based on my profile pictures.

I waited and watched people go inside until someone finally approached me.

"Taehyung?" It was a girl.

She was wearing a black lace dress with blue accents. She looked a bit younger than me, but she was breathtaking.

"Hi." I bow, "Are you...?"

"I'm Tzuyu." She whispers, "Here, put this on."

She hands me a blue tie. It was the same shade of blue as the accents on her dress.

"I'll introduce you to my friends later." She says, "Just stick with me for now."

She takes my hand and leads us inside.

She moves fast. I like that.

We had to stay quiet during the ceremony, but I used this time to get a good look at my "girlfriend." She is unlike anyone I've ever worked for. You're telling me she doesn't have a boyfriend? How could that be? I really want to get to know her now.

After the ceremony, she took me to meet her friends. They were all excited to meet me for some reason.

"So this is the boyfriend you've been talking about."

"Hi, nice to meet you." I bow.

"How long have you been together again?"

Tzuyu was about to answer, but I spoke first.

"Almost a year now." I say, "Our anniversary is in September, right baby?"

Me calling her "baby" must have caught her off guard because she laughs awkwardly.

"Yeah, we'll have to celebrate soon." She manages to smile.

There was a short reception after the ceremony. We had lunch and there were some games and dancing. I stuck by Tzuyu for the most part.

She was kind of quiet compared to her friends. They all looked after her like she was the youngest of their friend group. I wondered how long they have been friends for.

I was able to make it through without revealing the truth. I left with Tzuyu just like how we came in.

"Bye, Tzuyu! Bye, Taehyung! Hope we'll see you again soon."

As soon as we got far enough away, Tzuyu let out a sigh of relief.

"Thank you so much for doing this." She says.

"Of course." I nod.

"Can I buy you a drink or something?" She asks, "I'll pay you for the extra time."

"You don't have to pay me. I'll gladly get a drink with you."

"So how old are you?" I chuckle, feeling kind of dumb for not asking this sooner.

"I'm twenty-three." She says, "Why? How old are you?"

"I'm twenty-six. Just a little older than you."

She nods, "So...how did you get into this job? Like, what led you to this business?"

"Honestly, it seemed easy and the pay was really good. I don't know if I'm gonna do this much longer though."

"Why's that?" She asks.

"Well..." I sigh, "What if I want to be in a real relationship? I can't keep doing this."

"So what are you going to do instead?"

"I have other options for work. Don't worry."

It was awkwardly silent between us for a moment.

"So...what made you want to hire me specifically?" I ask.

She fidgets with her clothes as she speaks, "It's just...when I was looking at your profile, it seemed like you were everything I wanted in a partner."

My heart skips a beat at her last words.

"Really?"

She nods.

"Well," I chuckle, "Did I live up to your expectations?"

She laughs too, "You did much more than that."

I don't know if it's just me, but it kind of feels like we're flirting right now. A sudden tension between us arose.

I stared into her eyes, getting lost in her gaze.

"So you'd date a guy like me?" I finally speak up.

"I would." She says casually.

I'm not gonna miss this chance. I have no idea if I'm ever going to see her again after today.

"Do you wanna go out with me?" I ask, "Like on a real date? No money, no gimmicks, nothing."

She blinks rapidly a few times. I must have surprised her.

"You want to go out with me?" She asks like she couldn't believe it.

"Yes."

"Why...?"

"Because I like you."

I just spoke my mind. While I was acting and doing my job, I imagined what it would be like if we were actually dating. Even though I barely knew her, I was intrigued. I wanted to know everything about her.

She suddenly scoots her chair closer to me.

She leans in to whisper in my ear, "Why don't we just pick up where we left off? I liked how it was a few hours ago, baby."

When she whispered "baby" in my ear, it sent a shiver down my spine.

I placed my hand on her arm. She was okay with it, actually, she pulled me closer. We were so close at this point, I couldn't take it any longer.

I moved just a little bit closer and I kissed her. I was contemplating whether or not I should have kissed her back at the wedding.I wasn't sure if she would be okay with it back then, but I'm sure of it now.

She wanted this just as much as I did.

She grabs my arm, pulling it around her waist while we kiss. She wanted me to hold her and that's exactly what I did.

I didn't want this to end, but eventually, we had to stop. When I saw her face, she was blushing and out of breath.

"Are you sure I don't have to pay you for this?" She chuckles.

"You don't have to." I laugh, "I'm doing this for free from now on."

She pulls me back in, "Well, in that case..."

She kisses me again, but this one was a lot softer. Even her touch, her hands on my chest and my shoulders, she was gentle. I never thought it was possible to fall in love so fast.

That night, I deleted my account on that website.

There wasn't anyone else I wanted to be with.

I want to be with her.
