Rosen is known to be a rule breaker with a temper, but she has never broken the sacred rules of her kind. Never reveal your true nature to a human knowingly. When the body of Rosen’s best friend Connie is found clawed to death she is accused of murder by the Council.  The punishment is death and just before the Head Alpha deals his final blow someone, or something saves her. She isn’t sure if she should be more afraid of the Alpha or the Dragon that swooped down to save her. When she learns the Dragon is actually Kellan the man she met at the Coffee shop she is at a loss for words, for once in her life. Dragons don’t exist and neither does Dragon shifters, or so she thought.

Kellan is desperate to try to find out more about his illusive father. His mother spent most her life locked in a psych ward when she said his father was a dragon. But when Kellan got older he learned how sane his mother really was.  Every time he gets close to the truth something happens. Following a lead he got in Scandinavia he sets out to meet up with a contact, but when that contact is murdered he again is back to square one. When he overhears Rosen being accused of murder, a murder he witnessed he saves her.

Common enemies bring them together, but will their differences push them apart?
