5, How to pick up good habits
Good habits makes life easier. However, not everybody know how to develop good habits. Firstly, to change your daily schedule is important. Replacing the bad habits with the good ones is the first thing you should do. Second, after having a new schedule, gradually get used to it is the next step. A habit is just what you do everyday so if you repeat a good thing, you create a good habits. Last but not least, finding a friend, who will kick you into gear, is also needed. A friend may boost your enthusiasm whenever you lose your patience. Or the other way is to remind yourself the end goal and to ask yourself why you want to change the habits. In conclusion, to pick up good habits is not very easy and can be considered to be challenging. However, it's worth doing it to have a better life.
