As a whole, a lot of days seem pretty miserable for me. I'm always have nausea, dizziness, brain fog, heart palpitations, memory problems, weakness, fatigue, stomach pain, muscle pain...the list goes on and on. What everyone needs to learn is that even in the darkest tunnel there is a small light and it is our job to focus on that light instead of the surrounding darkness. Next time you have a bad day, don't dwell on the negative factors. Instead, make a list of the good points. The list may be small, it may even only have 1 thing on it, but isn't 1 better than none? Optimism, my friend, is the key to life.
