Author's Pov:

The sun peeked through the lace curtains of the bridal suite, casting a soft glow on Haeun's face. She sat before the mirror, her hands trembling as Soonyoung, adjusted the delicate pearl pins in her hair. The gown selected by Joshua, hugged her body. Haeun's heart fluttered with anticipation, a mix of joy and sorrow.

"I wish Yerin was here, Soonyoung", Haeun whispered, "She would have loved this". Soonyoung sadly smiled, "Whereever she is, Haeun, she must be definitely happy".

Haeun hummed. "Look, now don't cry, hmm. Your makeup will be ruined and you will look like a witch", Soonyoung teased her. Haeun slapped his hand.

Soonyoung smiled, "I'll go and see Joshua. Other members will be coming soon". Haeun nodded. As Soonyoung went out. Haeun again looked at her reflection in mirror. "Joshua's damn lucky to have me as his soon to be wife. I look beautiful".

"Oh, I'm sorry for being so late", Jiwoo stumbled inside the room. Haeun smiled, "You aren't that late". Jiwoo gasped, "Oh my! Haeun you are looking too beautiful. Joshua's gonna faint".

Haeun giggled, "I hope he doesn't". Jiwoo hugged her, "You are missing Yerin right?". Haeun hummed, "I do". Jiwoo cupped her cheeks, "Want to run away with me? Let's go and get married. I'm stealing you from Joshua".

Haeun laughed, "Your boyfriend will be broken". Jiwoo frowned, "Oh yes. My boyfriend, where is he?".

Haeun laughed, "Is he here?". Jiwoo nodded, "Wait, I'll call him". The door swung open. "Oh here you are", he said. Jiwoo sighed, "Minho". Haeun smiled as their eyes met.

"Oh, you are Haeun?", he asked. Haeun nodded. "Oh nice, you will be the one getting married right?", he asked. Haeun again nodded, "Yes". Jiwoo nudged him, "What type of question is that, she is in her bridal outfit, so of course she will the one to get married".

Minho looked down, "Oh yes. I'll go you both can have your time". Jiwoo laughed, "Don't take his questions seriously. He is not good at making conversations".

Haeun smiled, "Did you meet Joshua?". Jiwoo shook her head, "I want to but what if his parents are there? I never talked to them after I ran away".

Haeun patted her shoulder, "I'm sure they are not in Joshua's room. They must be busy welcoming the guests". Jiwoo hummed.

Meanwhile, Joshua again looked at his reflection in the mirror. "I'm handsome right? Why am I so handsome?", Joshua asked. Jeonghan sighed, "Yeah, you are".

Joshua sighed, "I'll finally get married". Seungcheol smiled, "Yes, you are. Here we are still finding someone".

Joshua laughed, "You'll have someone in your life too, don't worry". Soonyoung came running in, "Joshua, you are dead today".

"What did I do?", Joshua asked. "I shouldn't say this but Haeun's looking breathtaking today", Soonyoung answered. Joshua laughed, "I thought I did something".

Soon the time came, yhe grand hall was adorned with cascading blooms, their fragrance weaving through the air like whispered secrets. Guests, dressed in their finest, filled the pews, their eyes fixed on the aisle where Haeun would soon walk. Joshua stood at the altar, his heart beating fast, waiting for the moment that would bind their souls.

As the soft strains of a violin filled the room, Haeun stepped into view. Her gown flowed like moonlight, and her eyes sparkled with unshed tears. Joshua's breath hitched; she was a vision, an ethereal muse sent to grace his life.

Jiwoo, standing by Haeun’s side, squeezed her hand. "You've got this",  she whispered. "I'm scared what if I fall down?", Haeun whispered.

Haeun's gaze found Joshua's, and time stilled. He mouthed, "Beautiful", and she blushed, her cheeks matching the roses in her bouquet. Soonyoung, the best man, winked at Joshua, who tried to maintain his composure.

Haeun reached Joshua, and their eyes locked. The world blurred, leaving only the two of them. The priest's voice resonated, weaving their love into eternity. They exchanged vows—promises whispered.

The rings slid onto their fingers, cool and weighty. Joshua's voice trembled as he said, "With this ring, I promise to love you, even when the storms rage".

Haeun's eyes shimmered. "And with this ring, I promise to stand by your side, even when the stars fade".

They kissed, sealing their forever. The applause erupted, and petals rained down upon them. Haeun smiled as Joshua caressed her knuckles. "Finally. I love you Mrs. Hong", Joshua whispered. Haeum blushed, "I love you too, Mr. Hong".

"Take care of my sister", Soonyoung chimed in, "Or else". Haeun laughed, "I'm good enough to break his legs though. But I'm confident, he won't hurt me", she held his hand tightly.

Jeonghan nudged him, wiggling his brows, "She loves you a lot". Haeun's mother gave them a hug, "I can't believe you are married. Now only one left". Soonyoung looked down, "I'm not getting married this early".

Behind them stood Joshua's parents. His mother smiled, "I never liked your relationship before but now I do". She took Hauen hands in hers. "I never supported Joshua like you did. But when you came into his life, he changed in a good way. All thanks to you". Haeun glanced at Joshua.

"Please be with him like this forever and you, Joshua. You better treat her good", his mother said. Joshua hummed and looked at his father. "Congratulations on the marriage. Lead a happy life", he said.

Haeun smiled, "We will, Mr. Hong". Joshua and Haeun sat along with their friends. Haeun saw her mother, excusing herself.

"Where are you going?", Joshua asked. "I need to meet someone", Haeun answered. Joshua nodded. Haeun went to her mother who was talking with few guests. "Eomma, where are the stylists and the make up artist? I need to thank them once for making this day special".

"Uhh, they must be in bridal room, arranging their stuffs", she answered. Haeun nodded going towards the bridal room.

"Soomin, Mina, Yunhee and Nari", Haeun called gaining their attentions, "Thank you so much for today. For making me feel so pretty. Believe me, I would have been a mess if I didn't had you 4 today".

The four smiled. "It was our job, Haeun. We loved it here. You and Joshua are such a sweet couple, always be like this", Mina said. Haeun smiled, "Thank you".

"There's something we want to give you", Nari said giving her a bag. "What is this?", Haeun frowned.

"Small gifts from each 4 of us", Yun-hee said. Haeun smiled sitting down, "Oh, thank you so much".

"I hope you like it", Nari said. "I'm curious. Is it fine if I open it now?". The four nodded. Haeun carefully unwrapped first gift, "Perfume? From Mina?", Haeun guessed. She nodded.

She opened the other two gifts, the delicate earrings from Yun-hee, and the personalized journal from Nari.

The last one was a big one. Haeun unwrapped it. She gasped, "Did you make this?". Soo-min nodded.

It was a painting of Joshua and Haeun. "H-How did you make this?", she asked touching it. Soo-min pointed at the letter attached to it.

'I made this painting based on my imagination. I saw your pictures during the concert. So decided to paint it. You both look perfect for each other'.

Haeun smiled, "Thank you so much for these gifts". She hugged the 4 of them. "Now we need to leave. Enjoy your day", Nari said. Haeun smiled moving aside.

Time Skip:

Haeun leaned against the railing, the cool metal pressing into her palms. Joshua stepped up behind her, his arms encircling her waist in a gentle back hug. His breath tickled her ear as he rested his head on her shoulder.

"It's funny", Haeun began, her voice soft, "there was a time when we couldn't stand each other. We were like oil and water".

Joshua chuckled, nuzzling her neck. "Hard to forget", he murmured. "But look at us now married". Haeun giggled, "I still can't believe we are married".

Haeun turned to face him. His lips were inches away. She reached up, brushing her thumb over his lower lip, "From that almost kiss till now we're here", she whispered, "in our own home".

Joshua leaned in, the kiss was tender, a promise of more to come. The world outside faded away as their lips met, the taste of forever lingering in the air. The kiss deepened, and Haeun's heart raced. She felt the heat building between them, a slow burn that threatened to consume them both.

Without breaking the kiss, Joshua led her toward their bedroom. The door closed behind them, shutting out the world. He pulled away, his gaze intense as he searched her eyes. "Haeun", he said, his voice rough with desire, "are you sure?".

She nodded, her pulse thrumming in her veins. "Yes", she whispered, "Yes, Joshua".

And so, in the quiet of their room, they sealed their love — an unbreakable bond woven from years of longing, shared laughter, and whispered secrets.

Next Morning:

Haeun stirred, her dreams fading away. She shifted feeling the warmth of Joshua's body against her. His arms draped over her waist, his breath gentle against her neck. His unruly hair fell across his forehead, and she resisted the urge to brush it away.

She caressed his face, as his lips curved into a half- smile even in sleep. She pressed a soft kiss on his temple, "Shua", she whispered, "Wake up".

He groaned pulling her closer, "5 more mintues", he mumbled. "But it's our first morning as a married couple", she teased, "We can't waste it".

He opened his one eyes, his gaze warm and drowsy. "Fine", he mumbled, "But only if you promise to stay right here".

She nestled against him, her head on his chest, hearing his steady rhythm of his heart beat. "Deal", she murmured.

And so, they lay there, the world outside forgotten. Haeun listened to Joshua's steady breathing, feeling the rise and fall of his chest.

As the sun climbed higher, Joshua stirred. His eyes met hers, and he grinned, "Good morning, Mrs. Hong".

Haeun blushed, her heart doing a little dance, "Good morning to you too, Mr. Hong".

He leaned down, capturing her lips in a sweet kiss. It was a kiss that spoke of forever—a promise etched in tenderness. And in that moment, they knew they were home.
