Author's Pov:

Soonyoung stopped Joshua, "Uhh, we are close and I don't want our friendship to be affected. Please hear her out once. I wouldn't have meddled in it but I can't see Haeun crying like".

"I'll, Soonyoung", Joshua whispered sitting along with other. "Haeun?", Jeonghan asked. "She is tired. I'll just something parcel for her to eat", Soonyoung said.

Haeun looked out of window, her phone buzzing with her mother's messages but she was in no mood to read it.

Haeun closed her eyes, listening to songs until Joshua came. "Here. Eat something", Joshua said patting her shoulder. "I'm not hungry. I've already told you", Haeun whispered turning away.

Joshua sighed, "Please". Haeun shook her head. "Please eat something, Haeun. Please", Chan said giving her puppy eyes.

"Chan-"

"Please~"

Her stomach betrayed her. Chan laughed, "See. Now have something". Haeun playfully glared at him, "Fine".

Chan grinned taking the food from Joshua's hand and offering her. Haeun opened the box and started eating her food while Chan sat in the back seat.

"You want to try?", Haeun asked. Chan shook his head, "No, I already had some inside". Haeun hummed.

"Haeun-ie", Chan said causing Joshua's eyes became big like soccers. "She is older than you. Call her Haeun. No need to call her Haeun-ie", Joshua murmured stressing on 'ie'

"It's fine if you call me Haeun-ie. No need to listen to others, Chan", Haeun said eating the food.

"Should we leave?", Seungcheol asked. "Yes, I think we might be late by the time we reach there", Jeonghan said.

Everyone went back to their car. Joshua sat on driver's seat, "Should we leave?".

"Yes", Junhui and Yerin shouted. Joshua looked at Haeun raising his eye brow, "Should we leave?". Haeun nodded. Joshua smiled starting the car.

"Will meet you soon", Soonyoung shouted from the other car. Haeun laughed, "He is idiot". Joshua smiled. "We will take over soon", Junhui shouted back.

"We are behaving like those small kids", Yerin laughed. "Yeah, we are", Haeun agreed. Joshua laughed, "I'll play some songs".

"No, stop. It will again start with your Sunday morning. Play something else", Yerin said. Joshua chuckled, "Fine".

He played the music. "According to Jeonghan, we will be there by 6pm", he said. Junhui hummed holding Yerin's hand. "What are doing, leave my hand", she blushed. Junhui looked out of window, "Shut up, I know you want me to hold your hand".

Haeun smiled hearing their conversation. "Sometimes it's cute to see people in love", she whispered. An hour passed and Haeun was asleep.

"How much time it will take?", Yerin asked. "Umm, another hour if we don't find much traffic", Joshua answered.

"If you want to sleep, you have my shoulder", Junhui said. Yerin rested her head on his shoulder as she played with his fingers.

"Did you two fight before?", Yerin asked. Joshua sighed, "Something like that. Umm, no. We actually had a fight".

"About what?", Yerin asked. "Uhh, misunderstandings", Joshua answered. Yerin hummed, "Try to solve it".

Joshua gave a small smile, "Yeah, I'll talk to her tomorrow". Haeun slowly opened her eyes, "Oh, sorry. I fell asleep". Joshua shook his head, "It's fine. You can sleep".

Haeun looked behind, "You both look cute together". Yerin blushed, "So do you and Joshua".

Haeun frowned, "There's nothing between us. We are not meant to be". Joshua sighed. Haeun again dozed off.

Time skip:

"Finally we reached", Yerin said coming out car. Joshua and Junhui took out their luggage. "Why are you so late?", Jeonghan asked coming from inside.

"We were hungry again. So we just stopped to eat something", Joshua answered. "Where is Haeun?", Soonyoung asked. "In car. She is sleeping", Junhui said.

Soonyoung opened the door. "Haeun get up", he patted her head. Haeun opened her eyes, "Hmm?".

"Get up. Go and sleep in your room", Soonyoung said. Haeun pouted, "Pick me up". Soonyoung grinned, "Haeun, I'm politely asking you to get up".

Haeun grumbled, "I hate you".

"I hate you too".

Haeun got up stretching her hands, "Ah, I'm sleepy". Soonyoung headlocked her, "Let's go". Joshua and Junhui walked beside them.

Haeun walked with her eyes closed. "Please take me to my room. I want to sleep", she whined. Soonyoung smiled, "Come".

He took her to the room. "This is your room. You will be sharing it with Yerin. Now take some rest", he said. Haeun nodded closing the door.

"Where is she?", Seungcheol asked. "Ah, she is tired so she went to sleep. She didn't have proper sleep because of exams", Soonyoung said.

They had dinner and went to their respective rooms. It was 3 am when Haeun's eyes fluttered open. She stomach growled.

Haeun tied her hair into bun and opened the door. She sighed trying to bump into things. "Where's the kitchen?", she whispered raoming around until she found one.

"I hope there-"

She saw someone standing in the balcony. "Who's that?", she rubbed her eyes.

"Who are you?", she asked standing behind them. "Haeun? What are you doing here? This late?", his eyes met hers.

"Joshua", Haeun murmured, "I thought it was some theif". She moved back, "Are there any snacks kept here? I'm hungry. Chips, chocolates anything is fine".

Joshua chuckled, "Let me make you something". Haeun shook her head, "No need. I don't want to be burden on you".

Joshua smiled sadly, "Let me, please". Haeun sighed, she was hungry and those chips and chocolates won't even fill an inch.

"Fine", she gave up. "I'll make some ramyeon. It will be quick and easy", Joshua said. Haeun hummed.

They both went to the kitchen. Haeun sat on the counter, "You are making one for you?". Joshua nodded, "I'm hungry too".

Haeun hummed looking around, "When was the last time we talked so calmly?". Joshua sighed, "A month ago".

Haeun smiled, "Remember few months back when we just talked without any fight? Like it must be our first talk without fight".

Joshua looked at her, "What was the thing you were trying to tell me for so long?".

Haeun looked down, "I will tell you Joshua. But even if we get in relationship, what if you behave the same way like now? What if someone comes and tells you lie about me and you believe it without listening to me".

Joshua cupped her cheeks, "I promise I won't let that happened again". Haeun removed his hand, "Not now, Joshua. I'm just hungry".

"Haeun-"

"Please Joshua. I have been waiting for a whole month. Can't you just wait for few hours?", Haeun said. Joshua sighed, "Okay".

"Is it ready?", Haeun asked. "Few mintues. Let it cook", Joshua said. Haeun nodded. There was again an awkward silence between them.

"I heard there was a swimming pool here", Haeun asked. "Yes, you want to go?", Joshua asked. Haeun nodded.

"Let's eat and then we can go", Joshua said. Haeun smiled. "It tastes good", Haeun said. "Eat a lot. If you want I'll make you some more", Joshua said.

After eating, he asked, "You want to see the pool?". Haeun nodded, "Let's go". Joshua held her hand and took her out. "Here it is", Joshua said.

Haeun ran dipping her legs into the water, "It is cold". Joshua stood sat beside her, "You might catch cold". Haeun shook her head, "Exams are over, now I can do anything I want to do".

The moonlight reflected on the water. "This is just beautiful", Haeun whispered. Joshua smiled, "It is but now, let's go".

"Wait for few mintues", Haeun sat on the edge, her legs dangling in the water. "It's peaceful here. Once I get old, I'm gonna leave the city and start living somewhere far from those city things".

Joshua smiled, "It sounds fun".

Haeun stood up, "oww, my legs feel cold now". Joshua chuckled, "Should I pick you up?". Haeun shook her head, "No need. I can walk".

Haeun walked slowly trying not to fall. "This reminds of that movie night", Joshua said, "You were walking just like this but in sleep". 

Haeun laughed, "It's funny how few hours before you weren't even ready to talk to me but now you are trying to make some conversation".

Joshua looked down, "I realised my mistake". Haeun smiled, "It's fine but I'll go. You don't need to follow me".

She glanced at him before closing the door in his face. "Wow, that was kind of rude", he said. Haeun opened the door, "Trust me, your deserve it".
