*Insela's pov*

When we walked in together, everyone was there. Jimin and Taehyung didn't seem surprised so I guess Jungkook told them already.

"Hi mom, hi dad. Hi you two."

Jungkook cheerfully said, and I also greeted them. This wasn't the first time I met their parents, that's why Jungkook sold me out because they like me.

We had a wonderful dinner together, they asked some questions and luckily we didn't say anything suspicious nor said asynchronous answers.

Hence, when the gentleman was talking about the company's work and Jungkook's promotion and stuff. Their mother called me and softly said.

"To be honest, when I heard that Jungkook is dating you dear" She held my hand stroking it softly "I feel like on cloud nine."

She happily smiled at me and it made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Since I was lying to a sweet woman.

Ugh when will this night be over?

"Jungkook, that girl is so familiar."

Taehyung suddenly said and all of us looked in his direction. I sneakily looked at Jungkook and could see him cursed under his breath.

"I don't know her," He said calmly and pretended to look at his clock saying "It's late, we should go home, you have to work early tomorrow right babe?" He turned his attention to me. And I immediately nodded so we could get out of here before he got in any trouble. We was about to go but-

"I think she is coming toward us."

Taehyung said and again our attention went back to her. And that was when everything was ruined.

"Oppa!!! It's me, Katy." She cheerfully said and turned to greet the rest of us then she talked to Jungkook again. "Luckily I met you here, I am about to contact you tomorrow to give you this back. You forgot it at my place yesterday." She took out an expensive clock from her purse and gave it to Jungkook.

"Call me later! Goodbye everyone!" She then left and the atmosphere became extremely tense.

"How can you do this to Insela?"

Mrs. Park said angrily, looking at Jungkook. He didn't say anything, but I could see his eyes start to water.

"Uhm... Actually-"

I was about to say something to save him but he cut me off.

"Mom, dad, I'm truly sorry for everything, this is all my fault, I was freaking out when you said you were gonna send me back to Busan. So I accidentally told you that Insela is my girlfriend, and asked her for help." He gulped before continuing with his tears almost dropping out. "Please don't send me back, I promise I will change, I-"

"This is enough, pack your stuff and we will leave the day after tomorrow."

His father coldly said, his experiences became extremely intense. I could see Jungkook's tears already felt on his cheek. But he didn't say anything, he only nodded.

*Author's pov*

Even though Jimin was mad at Jungkook, no matter how many times Jungkook did things wrong or acted without much thought sometimes, still, he was his little brother. So Jimin was about to say something to save Jungkook but Insela was one step faster.

"I'm sorry too for lying to you both, I know I don't have the right to speak right now. But I just want to say one thing, Jungkook is a very talented person, even though he plays around most of the time, but the truth is every time there is a problem at work he will immediately solve it without letting his personal life affect the work. I think he deserves a second chance because The JC, Seoul will not be the same without him."

Everyone was looking at her, for a while, the atmosphere became silent and that was the moment when Jimin knew his feelings weren't as simple as a slightly crush anymore...

Back to the present,

*Insela's pov*

"You already stayed here, why keep blaming me for that? You know when you lie, definitely there will be a series of other lies to support that first lie and by the end when-"

"Yea yea whatever."

Jungkook rolled his eyes at Taehyung's lecture as always, it was true that Taehyung did it purposely to exposed Jungkook, but to be honest, I felt relieved when it happened, so I didn't feel guilty about it but luckily somehow, his parents trust me enough to give him another chance. As a result, he changed completely and focused on his occupation more, but of course he still acted like a kid sometimes.

"Why do you come here?"

Jimin said cutting off the awkward atmosphere, while I was collecting my papers and about to leave but something caught my attention.

"Oh Yoongi is back, and Namjoon tells us to come to his house tonight to celebrate their new successful contract."

"Wait- do you mean Min Yoongi?"

"Yup, are you one of his fangirls?"

Jungkook smirked a little, raised one of his eyebrows up looking at my surprised expression, in the corner of my eyes I also saw Jimin and Taehyung looked at me curiously.

"No, actually, we met several times by coincidence and became friend, but not too close though."

"Oh, that's odd, because he-"

Jungkook was about to say something but someone called him and he excused himself out Immediately.

"So, Insela do you want to come with us?"

Taehyung asked me right when Jungkook left and for some reason I felt nervous. I already knew he would come back today, but I wasn't ready to meet him tonight.

Yet I didn't know why I felt that way...
