Chapter 6: Oh Ballocks
"Are you sure we should be doing this?"
"We have to help her, Stiles."
"We can't help her by providing her moral support? Long distance moral support? Preferably by sending a card?"
"Stiles! We're going!"
"Scott, I get you have a thing for this girl, but she's been at this all her life. She knows what she's doing."
Scott sighed as he looked out the passenger's window in Stiles' jeep.
"I know, man. But... I'm worried. I have this feeling that I can't get rid of that I have to protect her, make sure she leaves without a scratch."
Stiles didn't say anything after that, knowing it was the mate bond pulling him to her. And frankly, he didn't want to be werewolf chow.
"You know, her Uncle is a rather large guy-"
"Stiles!"
"Fine! Geez!"

Elly readied her gun as she hid in the tree line, listening in to the demons, her uncle on her left and Castiel outside the perimeter.
"Are you sure she wasn't there?" a voice was heard. It was familiar and made Elly roll her eyes.
Crowley, she thought.
"No, she wasn't. She must have escaped when we raided the school."
"Well, of course she will, dumbass. She's smart, would have gotten back up. But we can't have that, we need her. Find her."
"Yes sir," the other demons left, leaving Crowley by himself. He sighed as he turned and looked in the general direction the two hunters were.
"Come on out, Moose, Squirrel Jr. I know you're out there."
Elly and Sam looked at each other, giving a small nod, before they walked out into sight of Crowley.
Elly gave him a tight smile, "Well, you wanted me. Now you have me. Lets get this showdown over with."
Crowley chuckled, "You really are your father's daughter. Does he know you're here?"
"What do you want, Crowley?" Sam growled, wanting to stray from the subject.
"Well, I'm here because of Dean, actually," he admitted, "The mark if getting out of hand, and I was thinking maybe bringing his little girl back could slow down the process and give us time to find a solution."
Elly looked at him confused, "What mark?"
Crowley couldn't help but smirk, "Ooh, Uncle Sam didn't tell you? Your father acquired the Mark of Cain. Now, it's slowly turning him into a demon."
"What?!" Elly hissed, looking over at Sam, "The Mark of Cain?!"
"I didn't want to worry you. I was hoping to fix him before you came back," Sam tried to reason with her. Elly just turned her attention back to Crowley.
"Why didn't you just find me? You didn't have to kill some innocent kid," Elly glared.
"Well, of course I did. You wouldn't have come otherwise. Now, how about we make a deal?"
"Like hell," Elly scoffed.
"Just hear me out," Crowley offered, "You go to your father and try to bring him back. Go back to the hunting life, fall back into relations with Dean, and I'll fix him. If you don't, I'll start killing people off one by one in this little town."
"Why should I trust you to fix him? You don't even know where to start."
"I'm the king of hell, sweetheart. I can do many things."
"What's the catch? There's always a catch," Sam glared. Crowley smirked.
"Always were the brains," he commented, "But, he's right. This is a deal, and with every deal, I need a soul. So, you would get the ten years with your cured father, and then you'd belong to me."
"No!" Sam denied, rushing towards Crowley, but Crowley sent him flying back into a tree, holding him there.
"Sam!" Elly shrieked in panic.
"It's your choice," Crowley shrugged, "Your soul, or you lose your father and this pathetic town."
Elly couldn't help but think about it, but Sam called out to her, "Elly, don't do it! He's just using you! He can't fix Dean, he just wants to make you a demon, too. Have you and Dean as his henchmen."
"Now, Elly, decide," Crowley stated, ignoring Sam.
Elly looked at Crowley.

"Hurry, Stiles! I can feel something's gonna happen!" Scott rushed his friend as they ran through the forest.
He could hear Allison and Chris rushing after him with Stiles, but his only thought was to get to her in time.
Suddenly, there was a cry of pain in the air. Elly's cry of pain.
"Elliot!" Scott screamed in anger, his eyes glowing red as he ran as fast as he could to her.
***
Elly fell to the ground in pain, clutching her bleeding side as she tried to crawl away from the Hell Hounds that were after her.
"You should have taken the deal, Elly. Now, I'll get you, your city, and your father."
She felt another claw at her leg, looking down to see her jeans ripped and her leg bleeding rapidly. She felt another bite into her arm, but she quickly grabbed her demon knife with her other hand and stabbed it where she guessed its snout was, hearing it whine in pain as it let go of her arm.
"Elly!" Sam yelled in fear, trying to break free from Crowley's hold, but it was no use. He would have to see his brother's daughter, his niece, be killed right in front of him.
"Now, finish her," Crowley smirked, but then he heard a loud, deep howl echo through the woods, "Oh, ballocks."
The howl of an alpha alone caused the hell hounds to back away from Elly, retreating back to Crowley. Elly's vision was fuzzy, the pain too much, that she slowly began to fall into blackness.
Crowley turned to see the red eyes of the wolf's howl, and quickly disappeared from the scene in fear, muttering a, "I didn't sign up to fight the true alpha."
Scott, eyes still red, rushed over to Elly and pulled her into his lap, Sam falling to the ground as he was let go.
Scott looked over her with worried eyes, moving her hair from her face, not letting go of her. Stiles, Allison and Chris came up behind from Sam, Castiel appearing from behind them, all looking at the scene.
"I can heal her," Castiel stated, walking over to her, but he was snarled at by Scott, holding her wounded body closer to his own. Castiel froze in his place.
Sam looked over at Chris angrily, his nostrils flaring, "Please don't tell me what I think is happening."
Chris looked equally as angry, looking down to his daughter, who was smiling sheepishly, "Did I forget to mention that?" she laughed nervously.
Elly suddenly began to blink awake, but her eyes weren't the soft, brown. They were a deeper shade of red, reflecting Scott's alpha eyes like a shadow.
She began to mutter, "Alpha," painfully, clutching her hand to his shirt tightly, "Alpha, mate."
Scott took the call and leaned forward, resting his hand on her wound, his veins turning black as he took her pain away. Everyone watched the scene in amazement and wonder.
"Scott, we need to heal her, buddy," Stiles tried to reason with his friend, but Scott only growled at him.
This caused Elly to whimper slightly, nuzzling her face in his neck in seek of comfort. Scott pulled her closer and brushed his nose against her cheek, calming her right back down to sleep.
Allison walked up to Stiles and pulled him back, "Stiles, that isn't Scott anymore. As of right now, we're dealing with Scott's wolf. We're dealing with the True Alpha and his mate was just injured. It's very dangerous to try and separate them."
"But she's dying!" Sam exclaimed in anger. He turned and strutted towards his niece, ignoring the shouts after him as he did. Scott looked up and growled at him in warning, but Sam ignored him as he kneeled down to his niece.
"I won't touch her. But we have to get her treated so she won't die. You have to trust us," Sam spoke to the boy lowly. He seemed to understand what he was saying, because he lessened his grip on the girl. Sam smiled, turning and motioning Cas over.
Case came over and put two fingers to her forehead, a bright light shining before it dimmed, and he pulled away. All her wounds were healed, and it seemed as if she were just sleeping.
Scott noticed her wounds gone, and stood up with her in his arms bridal style, beginning to walk further into the woods.
"Wait!" Sam called after them, but Allison caught his arm.
"We can't interfere at this point. He won't hurt her, and he'll make sure she's safe. We'll just have to wait until morning to look for them."
Sam sighed, knowing she was right. But as he looked after them walking into the night, he couldn't help but worry for her. Not because she wouldn't be safe, but because she was growing too fast.
