In the darkness, there's a red light
My eyes go left right, walking on the light
The starting point is coming near, what's there to be scared about?

"Rise and shine~"
A sweet but loud voice rang through the girl's room.
The girls slowly go up from their beds, sitting with half-opened eyes.
Auntie Yae pulled the blankets away from their bodies and opened the curtains, letting the morning light in.
"AH!! MY EYES THEY BURN!!!" Eunbyul exclaimed unexpectedly, rolling around the mattress.
The others simply laughed at her adorable expression.
"I didn't know she could be so cute~" Hyerim pinched the girl's cheeks.
"And yet, she's the hardest one to wake up," Yeonha stretched while laughing at Eunbyul.

Everyone was gathered up in the dining room after a lot of "rise and shine"s. Especially Eunbyul and Jihoon, the two of them were attached to the bed or something.
The food was served to them by Auntie Yae's housemaids and was made by professional chefs.
"Are you sure this is your house and not a villa, Auntie?" Mingyu joked.
"Yup. And if it is a villa, I'll make sure it'll be the best one you've stayed in," Auntie Yae laughed, sitting down next to everyone, having her breakfast.
They chatted happily, telling Auntie Yae about all that had happened.
Then, the doorbell rang. Auntie Yae excused them to go get it, Eunbyul followed her aunt as she had already finished her meal.
Opening the door, from afar, they saw a male figure holding some shopping bags, waving at them from behind the gates.
They came closer and opened the gates, recognizing the man.
"Lee Yaeun," he smiled happily, "long time no see."
Lee Yaeun was Auntie Yae's real name. She smiled at her closest friend that she had in The States.
"Hello to you too, Hwang Jiwoo. How was your stay in Tokyo?" She smiled cheekily.
"Splendid," Jiwoo turned to Eunbyul with an uncle-like smile, "Our little Esther is all grown up! Last time I saw you, you were clinging onto my leg, begging me to give you that chocolate you wanted so badly."
He laughed loudly, remembering the past.
"I was 5, uncle Ji. Nice seeing you too," Eunbyul spoke, giggling as she found herself silly.
Jiwoo arched his eyebrows, looking at Auntie Yae with suspicion and shock, "She could talk?"
"Long story," she smiled and led him inside.
Auntie Yae and Jiwoo were friends ever since Auntie started her career as a designer. Jiwoo cared for Eunbyul as if she was his own daughter, he always gave her sweets, sometimes even reading bedtime stories when she was a child.
Jiwoo knew everything that had happened to her, the miserable and awful story that occurred when she was so young. He had never had been in good terms with her biological parents.
The time he went to Japan was also the year Auntie Yae decided that Eunbyul should be living independently in Seoul. Jiwoo sometimes comes to Seoul for work and often give Eunbyul a small visit.
"Still the lovely house designs, I see? You never change, Yae," Jiwoo smiled.
"Well, I have my inspirations," Auntie Yae playfully linked arms with Jiwoo, looking like a newly married couple.
Eunbyul was standing behind them, giggling to herself at how cute they looked together.
Ever since she was little, hearing love stories inspired her to write music, and one of those love inspirations were Jiwoo and her aunt's relationship.
The three walked towards the kitchen. All of a sudden, they heard loud noises and shouts, followed by screams and laughter.
"It should be OUR responsibility to wash the dishes after the delicious meal they prepared for us!" Mingyu stomped, looking at Seungkwan.
"But they insisted on doing them for us, and Wonder Girls sunbaenims are performing on Music Bank in two minutes!" Seungkwan argued.
Mihae smiled at Seungkwan, waving her hand in the air, "You're a Wonderful too?! I agree with Seungkwan!"
"You do realize by arguing you're all wasting time?!" Yeonha urged, "Go get me some popcorn because Descendants of The Sun is starting soon!"
Jihoon rolled his eyes, "Chan and Hana, then THIS?! I'm here for a vacation not to hear some lame ass arguments."
Jiwoo looked at them and laughed, "Teenagers, young and so wild."
And everyone froze, looking at him, confused and curious of who he was and why was he linking arms with Auntie Yae.
Eunbyul silently giggled and stepped up to introduce Jiwoo, "This is Auntie's best friend, Hwang Jiwoo, or I call him, uncle Ji."
Jiwoo, being so used to the Japanese culture, bowed to them at the perfect degrees, causing more confusion.
"Um, is he Japanese?" Chan asked, "not to be rude or anything..."
Eunbyul shook her head with a simple smile, "He is a full Korean and has been working in Japan for years. He's like an uncle to me," she smiled as she looked at him.
"Hello to you all," he said formally. The wild group of teenagers finally stood up and greeted him properly.
Jiwoo turned to Auntie Yae and joked playfully, "You're back with taking care of children again?"
Auntie Yae hit his arm jokingly and the two went to the living room to catch up with each other.
"Are they dating?" Minghao whispered to Eunbyul, loud enough to let everyone else hear.
Eunbyul giggled and shook her head, "I wish."
The others ran off to do whatever they wanted to.
Eunbyul sat down on the kitchen stool and sighed.
Deep inside, she wanted to ask Jiwoo about so many things. She wanted to just shower him with questions. But she knew that wouldn't be the polite thing to do, considering he was a very serious man and he just came back from his work in Japan.
Most of all, Eunbyul was dying to ask him one thing:
Her brother.

"Sunday morning rain is falling~"
The boys were sat in their rooms, which were divided by their team units. The vocal team was doing song covers, except for Jihoon, he went outside for some fresh air with Eunbyul and Soonyoung.
"Would you stop singing that same song all the time, Hong Jisoo? It's not always Sunday!" Jeonghan rolled his eyes at the boy with his guitar.
Seungkwan raised his arm playfully, "I agree with Jeonghan hyung!"
"Well, I could change the dates! Wednesday morning rain is-" Joshua didn't have the chance to finish when he heard screaming of a girl.
They looked at each other in confusion at first, wondering whose scream it was.
Seokmin spoke up, "With that powerful voice, I'm pretty sure it was Hyerim's."
The three looked at him even more confused. They were surprised at how much he knew about her.
Shrugging, Seokmin replied, "What? I worked with her for a month on the competition and got used to her shrieks and screams."
They all nodded and decided to go downstairs to see what happened.
And it seemed like Auntie Yae was startled herself as she ran from the kitchen with a pair of chopsticks in her hands, "What happened and do I need to call the police?!"
The boys were gathered as well.
In front of their eyes, they saw Hyerim, Mihae and Yeonha gathered up into a circle, covering something.
"Hey," Seungcheol came close to them, although still avoiding Hyerim, "What's going on?"
"We forgot a piece of REALLY important information!" Mihae covered her face.
They were all anxious.
Hyerim stood up showing them her phone with the calender and explained with a gulp, after her explanation everyone froze,
"Tomorrow is Eunbyul's birthday."
