Hey, y'all! :D

If you remember, I asked readers if they'd like an update of 'Merry-Go-Round' or rather of 'Crooked Smile', next. As it is, a clear majority asked for 'Crooked Smile'. So, I'll update that story first. That was the rule of the game.

But I promised you that I would continue updating this story despite Christmas being over! :D And I will. This story has a remarkably solid crowd of voters (I can't see so-called 'Silent Readers') who keep coming back and I really love that about you! :D It gives this story a private feeling. Like telling a story to a group of friends. :")

I have to admit that I got lucky with 'Crooked Smile' winning, because I'm experiencing a bit of writers block with this story. It's not that I don't know what will happen in the next chapter, it's more that it doesn't FEEL right. It's hard to explain, but I'll try...

When I write, I can see what I'm writing about in my head - not just what is happening close up, but also the surrounding scenery. There's a depth to the scenery that feels extremely real to me. It's like diving into a pool - it's all around me. At the moment it feels just - flat. I hope that writing the next chapter of 'Crooked Smile' will help me with this problem, because writing 'Merry-Go-Round' actually helped me a lot with picking up on 'Crooked Smile' again. That's what they say, isn't it? That you should write something else to overcome writers block. Hm...  

Well, I wanted to give you a heads-up on what's going on, and please have a little patience with me, here! <3

I have two ongoing stories, this one and 'Crooked Smile', and I've updated both stories fairly recently. Now I just thought I'm going to do a POLL and ask you for which story you'd like a new update next? (Obviously, I posted this message in 'Crooked Smile', too.)
