"Fire the Calamity!" Captain Kose roars over the radio channel as the specialists furiously works on the giant gun, typing away on the computers or trying to sort though it's massive network of mind-blowing wires. There was absolute controlled chaos, every single words in the massive maintenance room is restrained from exploding.

"Not ready sir!" Oak yells back, frustration seeping into his voice as he struggled to command the workers and the spacecraft shook with the sustained duration of the battle above Earth's orbit. Alarms and the computerized voice rang off in the background and all of it was weighted down by the malfunctioning of their super weapon.

A curse slips off in the background as Kose returns to commanding the fleet in the bridge, which allowed Oak to continue his own work. "What is it?" He hollors to nobody specifically.

"Virus! They're hacking our ship systems at the same time!"Somebody else answers to his right at the mass of holograms and chairs, the lights flickered moments later to symbol the hacking.

"Officer Oak! By my authority, you FIRE the damn weapon or you'll be executed!" Kose's frenzied voice comes over as the background noises reaches a all time high.

"Aye. FIRE THE CALAMITY!"

"But sir..." Somebody begins to complain.

"I have my orders."

It took mere seconds to kick the beast open, swiftly using its built up energy as shields slided over part of the room and the barrel extended into literal space, where one could see hulking ships and debris from the clear orange shield.

As par procedure, all workers were outfitted with protection gear they peered into the room from a "bunker", the massive room looking mighty lonely with the overwhelming size of just parts of Calamity and computers tucked to one side.

The gun turned and hummed as automatic system did their work. It would fire any second and the battle will be swiftly won with the deveastin radius of the cannon.

It exploded. The system went haywire, promoting the gun to fire wrongly and ripping apart the ship and the rest of the fleet, but the blast energy went beyond the ship and stretched for millions of years, it's entire blast wave stretching on for trillions of light-years.
