"Hibari, Hibari!"

You narrowed your eyes as the yellow, feather ball, chirped loudly from your bedroom's window. The fat, fluffy and hellish thing had been doing that stupid, yet cute sound of singing Hibari's name for the past ten minutes.

And it had annoyed you.

A lot.

If your carnivore of a husband wasn't as fond of that creature as he was, you would've called animal control by now.

Or you would've gotten him a bird cage. With a cat inside. A hungry cat.

You closed the book you had been reading, or better said, the book you had been trying to read, (You had read the first two lines at least ten times for the past minutes.) and glared at the yellow bird.

The seemingly harmless animal let out a loud chirp again, and you had to stop yourself from throwing the book at it.

You sighed loudly and tried to think of your happy place - which didn't have birds on it, mind you.

Normally, you didn't mind the bird's sound, if anything it soothed you and sent you to sleep right away, but not this particular day.

You had been unusually cranky. It was as if your ears magnified each single sound, making them impossibly irritable. And to add insult to injury you had been sick.

Sick.

As in hell sick.

Daily throwing up during the whole week, having strange cravings (Was it really that weird to order pizza and flan? Okay, let's be honest, you had ordered the pizza... with flan on it. It tasted glorious.) having stomach ache, headaches and bipolarity problems. Not your best week.
