The Paladin Knight 

(IN 1986)

I woke up in the middle of night and got up to go to the bathroom. While I was walking slowly to the bathroom I heard a loud creak!  As though my house was trying to speak to me. I tried to calm down as this was a old house I moved in to.This house had impressive stuff.It has old swords,bones of dinosaurs and other animals,it also has one very important thing... Creaking floor boards!! and I could hear the sound of water dripping like the pitter patter of the rain...

While going out of my room and into the hallway I could hear the the sound of carridges near my two storey house with a basement. I walked up to the bathroom and went inside.

(Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!)(Help ME !)

I burst out of the bathroom and grabbed a old sword from my bed room and slowly went downstairs. 

(Bang! Bang! Bang!)

Then my door knob started to turn.. I ran up to my room , locked the door and grabbed the hilt of the sword harder.

Suddenly my door busted open and a weird black hideous creature came in jumped in front of me. I could smell its bad breath , It was filled with mucsle from head to feet. I could see its veins rippling on its body. It charged forward with its dreadful teeth and sharp claws that was already stained in blood. I raised my sword and charged.........

It jumped at my chest and its weight pulled me to the floor , it got on top of me and tried to rip of my head ,luckily in time I kept my sword in front of me and its teeth barred into the sword.

Then I gathered my strength and released and at the same time I pushed it away from me yelling GET OF ME!

It got up and and jumped and at the same time I slided across the floor with my sword pointing upwards and when the beast and my sword made contact my sword sliced its belly in half. It roared in sorrow and its head fell to the floor as it died by my hand.

I dropped my sword onto the floor and dropped on my bed with a sigh and then I went to sleep. Wondering to myself how i just did that.
