"Do we know when the new members are coming?" I asked glancing idly at Erwin and Hanji in the kitchen.

"We haven't gotten any emails about it so I assume they're just going to show up," Hanji paused to to mutter something to Erwin. "I hope it happens soon it would be nice to get to know them before Christmas."

"Oh right I was planning to ask you guys if you wanted to have a party over Christmas- I don't know what your schedules are but it might be nice," Erwin spoke up turning off the stove.

"WITH PRESENTS????" I blurted out shooting up from my seat.

"Sure we could all do karaoke or something maybe Hanji could show us around her studio," Erwin murmured setting plates out on the table.

"OO YES I HAVE SOMETHING I'VE BEEN MEANING TO SHOW Y/N LET'S LET'S!" Hanji cheered clapping her hands together excitedly.

"Someone should ask Levi if he wants to join us..." Erwin trailed off his eyes landing on me.

"NO NOT ME I JUST LEFT THE ROOM IT WOULD BE WEIRD IF I WENT BACK AND STARTED PESTERING HIM!"

And uh I think he's sleeping.

"Isn't that what you do normally?" Erwin chuckled arranging the glasses on the table.

"Well someone else do it I'm lazy and this couch is super comfy," I grumbled sinking further into the cushions.

"ANYTHING FOR QUEEN Y/N!" HANJI YELLED RUNNING OUT OF THE ROOM.

"So Y/N," Erwin paused turning to make sure Hanji had really left. "Hanji and I have gotten closer and I- well I was planning on asking her out I figured you might know what she likes so..." he trailed off.

"Erwin do you really think I'm the best person to ask??" I laughed nervously trying to force myself through the couch cushions and into hell.

"You're the closest to her and I think Levi has only insulted her so yeah you are my best option," Erwin smiled at me.

"Ok ok let me think," I paused collecting myself, "well honestly I think Hanji will appreciate something that personal- that you do for her yourself not because of what someone else told you."

"You're right thank you," Erwin nodded sincerely finishing whatever dish the two of them were making.

"Well then it's all on you now good luck!" I smiled at him just as Hanji bounced back into the room.

"Levi's coming!!" Hanji cheered bouncing into the room.
