Chapter 3: the teacher
They passed away.
So easy.
"What a shame." She thought. "You could have live longer without that stupid kindness."
The kindness they shouldn't have, should has lost in the long circle of time as a reicarnator. After all, how could someone humanity not driven away after years of living, experiencing the pain of death all over again?
She, as a normal human, is the same.
That's why to help them, she allows them to have a peaceful death, not seeing the darkness they had seen multiple times in the aristocrats' community in their own house. The house they adore so much.
Walking down the hallway, she holds on a luggage. Leaving the small seed she has carefully plant inside her so called savior house.
"You should have beware, the moment you take me into this house to become your piece that I'm not a small little paw." She mumbles to herself, as if she knows someone will hear her, as if she knows they will hear her. "Fish or bear's paw, you can only choose one..."
"Use me as your weapon or see me as your daughter, you know what I mean right, duke?"
She looked at them deep in the eyes, waiting for their answer.
But no sound was made. They walked through her shoulder, leaved her alone in the empty room—
Passing the wooden door of the mansion, she now inside the duke's territory famous garden. Each flower dancing in the wind, showing their beauty to the world.
"Like a ballerina." She thought.
And crushes it. "Weaklings." Ballerinas are all weaklings.
"Don't disappointed me, Ignis."
Finally find a place to put her letter. She places it there, hiding under shades and shadows. Grin.
She grins.
Unlike her normal smiles, unlike the face she usually uses, it's different, absolutely different.
Her mouth is so large that it goes until her ears, her eyes because of the mouth, was close, making a down moon shape. Her teeth are show, shining.
Everything mixes up with the sun rays hitting her back. If some servants are here they would have make a ruckus and faint out of fear. Luckily, no one are here. Or should she says they are abandoned to come here?
"I don't know what to say. Sometimes, when I thought I already understand you, you will always stand somewhere and prove me that I'm wrong."
After all, this garden was in a full hand care by the former duke only. From fertilizing to watering, nothing they do are involve by other servants.
But that's non of her business. Why does she need to care? It's not her who make that rule anyway.
Not looking at the golden gate behind her back, she at the end, finally out of the duke's house.
