MUSIC TO KICKSTART YOUR SUMMER!

Many of us have been stuck inside because of the recent pandemic, but that does not mean that we cannot listen to new music. With little to do, that has been mostly what I have been doing. So here are my picks to help get your summer off on the right foot, despite what might be happening in the outside world. 

mxmtoon – fever dream

If you do not like the original song, there are numerous other versions of the song that mxmtoon has created as alternatives, including a K.K. Slider version for all of you who love Animal Crossing out there. 

Beach Bunny – April

An indie song, Beach Bunny are typically known for what they refer to as ‘sad girl music’. This song is no exception. Though a love song, the sentiments expressed are ones many can relate to.

Conan Gray – Wish You Were Sober

Your typical pop song, Wish You Were Sober is a bop to play at parties. With typical pop instrumentation and a catchy chorus, this song is perfect to get your summer to the perfect start.

Once you see Dababy in a song you know he's set to make you go My Oh My! and with Roddy Rich on the mix it ain't something done by someone who's about to get lazy which is why it's on the top spot.

I don't wanna rain on Ariana's or Gaga's parade by saying I ain't feeling this song lest their fans get vexed with me. You listen to it and be the judge.
