Topic 1

PART 1:
1. For how long have you been learning English?
Absolutely, I started learning English in the fifth grade at primary school. Although I have been studying English for a long time, I still don't feel confident enough to use the language fluently and naturally. Right now, I am working step by step to improve my language skills.

2. What do you enjoy the most in your English class?
What I enjoy the most is practicing speaking and having discussions with my classmates. It helps me become more confident and improve my fluency. I also like learning new vocabulary and idioms because they make my speech sound more natural.

3. Would you prefer learning English online to coming to an English class? Why?
I think I like combining both ways of learning English because when I want to practice my speaking skills, I will take part in an English class, and when I want a teacher to mark and correct my lesson, an online class is the best choice.

PART 2: A house where you wish to live in the future
Today, I want to tell you about a house where I want to live in the future. This is a 3-floor house with a neoclassical style. It's located in the suburbs because I want to live with my parents, and in this place, the air is very fresh and clean. My house is being of time is quite large, so in the future, it will not be small. I will build this with white, a yard, a lawn, and a small garden for my parents. Inside my house, I want to decorate with simple decorations, light colors, because I want it to feel calm and not difficult to clean. Maybe I will decorate with many vases for my mom and some paintings for my dad, as they are interested in these activities. I want to furnish and decorate my house because I don't want too much furniture in my house. If I were asked about my house in the future, it would be like this.
PART 3

1 Do you think that young people should live with their parents or live on their own?
From my point of view, it depends on each situation. Young people who do not have a stable job should live with their parents because they can save money and receive financial support from their family, like eating money, and living expenses,... And the people who have their careers can choose to live on their own to have time for themselves, and do everything they want.

2 When in life do you think an average young person should have his/ her own house?
I think an average young person should aim to have their own house by the age of 30, depending on their financial situation and personal goals.
In today's economy, it's not easy to buy property early, so it's more realistic for young people to first rent or share accommodation before saving enough to purchase a home

3 Who do you think young person should approach when they need supports to have their own living space – government, company or family?
In my opinion, it depends on the individual's circumstances, but ideally, support should come from multiple sources.
The government should offer affordable housing schemes and financial assistance.
Companies can provide housing allowances or interest-free loans to support their employees.
At the same time, many young people still rely on their families for initial help, especially in Asian cultures where family ties are strong.
