1. How do you like learning a foreign language?
I really enjoy learning foreign languages because they open up new opportunities for communication and cultural understanding. Learning a new language allows me to connect with people from different countries, access more knowledge, and improve my cognitive skills. Although it can be challenging at times, I find it very rewarding when I can understand or speak in another language.

2. Do you want to know more foreign languages? Why?
Yes, I would love to learn more foreign languages. Knowing multiple languages can be very useful for both personal and professional growth. It helps in traveling, making international friends, and even improving job prospects. Additionally, learning a new language enhances memory, problem-solving skills, and creativity.

3. What other foreign languages would you like to learn in the future?
Yes, I really want to learn more foreign languages. I plan to start learning a new language next year besides English, which is Chinese. Chinese is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world and has many applications in both work and communication. Moreover, it helps me gain a deeper understanding of Chinese culture, which is rich and has a long history. Learning Chinese will also open up more opportunities for my studies and future career.

One of the best team members I have ever worked with is Thảo, a classmate of mine. We worked together on a group presentation in Public Speaking last semester. Our task was to prepare and deliver a speech on an assigned topic in front of the class.
Thảo was an excellent team member because she was responsible, creative, and always supportive of her teammates. She always completed her tasks on time and contributed many great ideas to the presentation. She was also a great communicator, ensuring that all team members understood their roles. Whenever a problem arose, Thảo remained calm and quickly found a solution.
The most valuable thing I learned from Thảo was how to manage teamwork effectively. She divided tasks fairly, encouraged everyone to participate, and kept the team motivated. Additionally, she taught me the importance of active listening and giving constructive feedback in teamwork.
As for myself, I always strive to be a good team member. I communicate openly with my teammates, take responsibility for my tasks, and am always ready to help when needed. However, I believe there is always room for improvement, and working with talented people like Thảo helps me learn and grow.

1. What qualities must one have to be a good team member?
A good team member should be responsible, cooperative, and communicative. They should complete their assigned tasks on time and contribute ideas to the group. Additionally, they should respect other team members' opinions and be willing to compromise when necessary. Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude are also important qualities of a great team player.

2. Will you vote for a good team member to become a team leader? Why (not)?
Yes, I would vote for a good team member to become a team leader if they demonstrate leadership qualities such as decisiveness, problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate others. However, being a good team member doesn't always mean that a person can be a good leader. A leader must also be able to handle pressure and make tough decisions.

3. Where do you think is the best place to be trained to be good team members?
Schools and universities are great places to train people to become good team members because students often work on group projects. Additionally, workplaces provide valuable teamwork experiences, as employees must collaborate on tasks. Extracurricular activities such as sports teams or volunteer work also help people develop teamwork skills.
