"Your son is dead." Those are words no parent wishes to hear. "Your love is gone.""Your best friend is no longer with us."These are all words they never thought they'd hear. Statements that no one wants to go through...and the thing is, no one can take it. No one can take the fact that he is gone. James Fletcher was(well still is ;) a teenage boy. He never thought highly of himself, he never saw what others did. The sad thing is, he never knew how truly great he was. But to everyone else, he was something. He touched everyone's hearts and left an impact on his small world.You see, this is all just a social experiment. It was all a lie. Fletcher is, in fact, alive. But no one else knows except for one person. The journalist. He's the one behind it all, he's the one that's gathering all the information he can to prove to Fletcher that he meant something to others.All Fletcher wanted was to see how his death would impact others, he wants to know if he's actually worth it. Because he doesn't think he is, he only sees himself as a nobody. He doesn't understand how amazing he is. That's why the journalist is recording all of it. The interviews, the journal entries, the videos. That way James Fletcher can see and hear how he impacted the world and come back out of hiding, tell everyone the truth, and Fletcher will know. This story is written from a couple different perspectives. Part is from James's, others from different characters, and the other... a journalist. I look her straight in the eyes, "You see," I pause. Zephyr was given a guardian angel upon being born. That guardian angel is sworn to watch over him, keep him alive, and if he dies, she does too. Willow is a 15 year old girl. In most terms, she is like other teenagers. I can't say that she's been to hell and back, but she has a story. Willow Eldridge is often unaware of her surroundings. Always pondering something else, always thinking about other things, letting her mind wander. She's rarely ever actually there, on task. Some may even call her oblivious. Don't think she's mindless though, she happens to have a very strong mind. She's observant and pays attention to details. Her mind is a very intricate place...And there's reasons as to why she's always thinking of other things, why her mind is off. There's reasons why she is the way she is. But I guess you'll just have to figure that out, won't you? Hardly anyone notices her, or at least that's what she believes. She knows she's always quiet, she knows she doesn't partake in all of these tasks. Or does she? I assure you though, someone notices her. She can't shut out the whole world, not completely.
