You can't have a nightmare if you never sleep. That idea seemed logical to one particular young woman. She has a horrible habit of leaving things in the dust when it seems too difficult to handle. "If I simply forget about it, I won't need to do anything about it" is what she would subconsciously tell herself, but deep down inside, she knew it only gave her more stress and gave her yet another thing to feel guilty about. This resulted in her becoming very lonely and shy, too scared to go out and take even the smallest of risks, whether it be making friends or simply answering questions and asking for help.
