Aspen's POV

"I didn't, Dad. I swear." I replied honestly.

"Because of that you are here?" He asked mockingly.

I closed my eyes, sighing. I opened my eyes and said. "I don't know, but I swear I didn't use drugs."

"Damn, boy. You scared the shit out of me." My father admitted and hugged me. I hugged him back.

"I am sorry." I said.

Suddenly, someone knocked on the door. The door opened and Uncle Mike walked in.

"Hey playboy, how are you?" He asked, giving me an amusing smile. "You scared us."

"Fine, Uncle Mike." I gave him a warm smile.

"We found out what happened." He said to my father with a serious expression on his face. "Some crazy chick put it into his drink." Uncle Mike informed and winked at me, giving me an amused smile. "The police arrested her." He added firmly.

Damn it! Noah and that slut.

"It is Noah." I said.

They looked at me, puzzled. I told them about him.

Later, my father told me that the girl confessed that Noah ordered her to drug me. He wanted to addict me to drugs, because he knew my family was wealthy, and I had a lot of money. Fortunately, police arrested the girl and Noah. My father was furious when he heard that. He ordered his lawyers to do everything to make Noah stay in a jail as long as possible.

I was laying on the bed while staring into the ceiling. Suddenly, someone knocked on the door.

Elva walked in and rushed towards me. She hugged me tightly. I smiled and hugged her back.

"I am fine. Don't worry." I reassured her, stroking her hair.

When she pulled back, my eyes laid on the most beautiful creature in the world. My sunshine. She looked so beautiful as always.

"Are you okay?" She asked as she approached me. I lost in her captivating blue eyes.

"Yeah." I murmured.

I am better now. How couldn't I after seeing you? You lightened my day shining like the sun in my darkness.

"Are you okay, dude?" William interrupted my thoughts as he walked in, smiling.

"Yeah." I gave him a slight smile.

"Of course, he is." Robert commented as he walked in after William.

A few seconds later, Milan and Maria rushed into the room.

"Are you okay, bro?" Milan asked as he approached me.

"Yeah. I am better." I replied.

"Where have you been?" Robert snapped at Maria as he saw Milan and Maria together.

"We were at our friend's party." Milan intervened.

"I didn't ask you." Robert snapped. Milan breathed deeply, rolling his eyes.

"Rob, we were at the party. Calm down." Maria said, bored.

"I hope it is true." Robert said.

"Of course, Rob." Maria said, folding her arms over her chest, annoyed.

I chuckled and looked at Serena. She was looking at them while smiling.

Damn! How bad I missed her smile. Especially being the reason for her smile.

Our eyes met as she looked at me. I smiled at her. She averted her gaze.

Serena's POV

I was staring at the stick in my hand waiting for the life changing result. I hoped that I was wrong, but all these things: nausea, dizziness, tiredness and breast tenderness were saying the same thing; I was pregnant.

A few seconds later, life changing two lines appeared on the stick.

Fuck!

I was pregnant. I was carrying Aspen's baby. Our baby.

No, it is wrong. Yeah, sometimes, pregnancy tests give false results. It is a low percentage, but it happens. Yeah, maybe it is a false alarm too.

I breathed deeply, ruffling my hair. I had to do a blood test. Then I would be sure. I grabbed my bag and stormed out.

I was tapping my fingertip on my thigh nervously while waiting for the result. My heart was beating faster.

I stood up quickly as the nurse informed me that my result was ready. I took an envelope with my trembling hands. I breathed deeply and opened the envelope. I looked at it.

Positive.

I collapsed onto the seat as my head spun slightly.

Fuck! It is official now. I am damn pregnant.

I put the result into my bag as tears ran down my cheeks. I wiped my tears off and left the hospital.

I got in my car. I didn't want to go home. How will I tell my parents that I am pregnant? And Aspen? How will I tell him? He would think that I got pregnant purposely. Dammit! How will he react? Will he want it?

I breathed deeply, shaking my head. Calm down, Serena!

I started my car and drove away from the hospital. I was driving for more than an hour. I didn't know where I was going. Finally, I stopped my car near the ocean. I got out of the car. I placed my hand on my stomach, staring at the crashing waves.

How will I tell Aspen? I can't say it looking into his eyes. What will he think of me? He will think that I am using the baby to get him back. Dammit!

Calm down, Serena! You are talking about Aspen. He has known you since childhood. He will know you never do this kind of thing. Be brave! You have to tell him. We have to talk and decide how we will tell our parents about my pregnancy.

I breathed deeply and pulled my phone out of my pocket. I couldn't tell him about my pregnancy while looking into his eyes. So I decided to text him. I tapped a message with my trembling hands.

'I am pregnant.'

I sent it. I put my phone into my pocket and wrapped my arms around myself.

After a few minutes later, my phone buzzed. I tensed up. I pulled my phone out of my pocket.

Calm down, Serena! Everything will be fine. I tried to reassure myself. My heart was pounding. I breathed deeply and looked at the screen. My world collapsed as I read his message.

'Get rid of that thing.'

I gasped in shock, covering my mouth with my hand as tears shimmered in my eyes.
