We drive back to my, our base and as we get out I say, "You guys hungry?"
"Yeah."
"Kinda."
"Sure."
"Uhuh."
"Ok. Well, I have something cool to show you guys."
I grab a red cooler from the
V. I. and we walk back to the base. "Ok, sit at the table." I tell them. They all sit around the table.

Toxic's P. O. V.

I wonder what she's gonna show us...
"Close your eyes..." She says.
I close my eyes. All I hear is her gently placing something in front of each of us. "...and open."
I open my eyes to see something I hadn't seen for almost 2 years. Fresh fruit. An apple, to be precise.

Ghost Candy's P. O. V.

They all look like they haven't
n't seen apples in years. Oh right, they haven't.
"I found these in Better Living and snatched a few *dozen* before finding Korse." I say.
"Thank you." Says Gerard.
"Just think of it as a peace offering, considering a couple days ago we almost killed each other." I smile.
They smile back.
Then I feel something. Something I haven't felt since about as long ago as I last saw an apple, like I had a family...

Hey guys. So sorry I haven't updated in a while. I've been busy and tbh until applepierock commented for me to update it forgot about this story.
