Chapter 17

I walked inside the Mikaelson's house and saw Klaus sitting on the couch holding a drink in his hands. I sighed and walked over to him, my black boots hitting the floor hard. I walked up to Klaus who looked at me and smiled, swirling his drink in his hand "so, have you come to watch me die" he looked and sounded weak. I sighed and sat on the table in front of him.

"I'm sorry -" "you couldn't just tell me good you" Klaus asked me and I looked at him and stood up. "You have no right to tell me what I should tell you, last time I checked, you didn't care about anyone" I said mad and headed for the basement, going down the stairs and grabbed the stake seeing dried blood on it. This was the only thing that had Kol's blood on it and this was the fastest way to get his blood.

I walked up the stairs and saw Elijah standing in front of the door "did you find away to fix this" Elijah asked me. "Yes, no if you could help you're very irritating brother up, we are going back to the cementer" I said holding the stake in my hand as Elijah helped Klaus up, putting one arm around his shoulder and we headed back to the cementer. The witch stood in front of a bowl filled with water.

I handed her the stake as she grabbed a knife and started to scrap the blood that was on it. "So why didn't the white oak stake kill Kol" Elijah asked as we waited "because, the curse made him invisible to the white oak stake" I said looking at the water. The witch finished and held the knife in her hand before handing it to me. I cut my hand and let the blood drip in the water as she started to chant something.

The wind started to pick up as leaves blew inside the tomb and we all looked around as Klaus started to cough and fell to his knees. "Klaus" I said and knelt down next to him, he kept coughing up blood "you need to hurry up" Elijah said to the witch as she continued to chant. Finally he stopped coughing and sat down, looking like himself again. I sighed with relief as the witch continued to chant.

All of a sudden I blinked a few times and my eyes turned red, my fangs grew, and veins came to my eyes. I hissed for a second before going back to normal and caught my breath for a second as Elijah and Klaus looked at me surprised a bit. "It worked" I said with a smile and we all stood up as the witch stopped chanting. "It worked" the witch said weakly and sat down as a smile grew on my face.

Klaus and I walked out of the tomb as Elijah staid inside to talk to the witch. "Well, at least now I know to never give you human blood again" Klaus said with a smirk. I smiled "yeah" silence took over us for a few seconds "no matter what, I'm going to try to fix this" Klaus said to me and I looked at him a bit shocked. "Why" "because I care about you" Klaus said with a faint smile and I smiled at him too.

"So, the big bad vampire Klaus does have feelings" I said making Klaus laugh "only for you" Klaus said. I leaned in and kissed Klaus as he kissed me back and we polled away. I looked behind him and saw Kol looking sick behind him "Klaus" I said and Klaus turned around as Kol stabbed him with the white oak stake before running off. "No" I yelled as Klaus fell to his knees and I quickly ran in front of him, catching him.

"Elijah" I yelled, and he ran out to see Klaus in my arms, starting to turn gray. "No, no, Klaus, no you can't leave me, no" I said shaking him but it was too late as the gray and veins took over him "no, Klaus no" I yelled and Elijah quickly polled me away as his body started to catch on fire. "No, no" I yelled as I started to cry and watched Niklaus catch on fire.
