is it even correct?

It was morning, and Yeonjun was already at the Visceral Forest, sitting with Taehyun, and Kai. He decided to visit the two again, and baked some pie for them.

"Thank you, hyung!" Kai beamed, eating the blueberry pie that the prince cooked. On the other hand, Taehyun smiled at Kai's actions.

"So cute." He thought, which Yeonjun noticed.

"Kai, Hyun, I'll be back later!" Yeonjun waves good bye as he suddenly remembered a schedule.

Kai and Taehyun looked at each other. They were puzzled by sudden Yeonjun's departing. Usually, it's him who goes home late since he wanted his dongsaengs to get home safely.

Soobin finally got the hang of baking cake. To be honest, it took him hours to perfect one circular cake. He realized that his mistake was making ths cake too big knowing that he isn't even a professional yet. After preparing the cake, he also took care some family matters, and negotiation before leaving. Although he wanted to tell his mother, there's a part of him to keep it as a secret.

Hours later, Soobin finally finished all his pending tasks, and left the castle unnoticed. On his way to the meet up place, his lips suddenly plastered upwards as the thought of Yeonjun popped in his head.

"I'm nervous. Will he like this? This looks shit." He says, contemplating whether he made the right decision. As he was halfway there, the temperature cools off. The prince assumes the reason why Yeonjun invited him in a place like this. The ambiance on the way was calm, and it was cold, a perfect place to rest. The blonde thinks that his horse likes the place.

Yeonjun, on the other hand, was already preparing the table cloth he stole from his grandmother's kitchen. The table cloth's design is fine, it made with a fine silk, a silk that is a very rare to see these days. Well, Yeonjun doesn't know about those, so he went straight to place it on the grass.

"I wonder where he is.." Yeonjun lamented, looking at the aligned jar where he placed the things he collected last time.

"I'm sure nanny will understand this." He added, chuckling. The prince knows 100% that his grandmother will scold her.

While waiting for Soobin, he was thinking what to talk about with him. He doesn't want to feel awkward around Soobin. And he has been thinking, it's been months since they were friends.

"Never imagined to have a friend who's blood line is also from a royal family.." Yeonjun states, his smiling plastering his face. Of course, he feels happy that he has a friend who's in the same position as him. He felt like he found someone who could, probably, understand him.

Minutes later, Yeonjun could already feel a not-so-loud footstep coming towards his direction, he senses that it might be the man he was waiting for.

"He's here? He's here!" Yeonjun immediately stood up, fixing his clothes, arranging the materials, and the picnic cloth.

Soobin finally arrived. It was a long ride, and was pain in the ass, but it was worth it once his vision saw the man that he was wishing to see long ago.

"Soobin!" Yeonjun beamed, running towards the prince who just got down from the horse. The chaos prince, unconsciously, jumped towards the moon prince, hugging him tightly.

The blonde was taken aback, yet he hugged back. He wasn't used to any physical interaction, but it wasn't that bad.

"Hello, Yeonjun." Soobin speaks, his arms still wrapped around the black haired prince.

Yeonjun smiled at him, him still wrapping his arms around the moon prince's shoulder, "come, come!" He smiled, looking at the picnic cloth he prepared.

The two smiled at each other, then both settled on the ground. Yeonjun, then, pulled out the pies he baked, juice he prepared, and a salad he did just earlier. On the other hand, Soobin placed the cake on the picnic cloth, which surprised Yeonjun.

"Wait.. is this.. is this a cake!?" Yeonjun quickly analyzes the food before him. And no doubt, it was the food that he ate the last time him and Soobin met.

"It is. I remember you liked the cake way back, so I made one." Soobin replies, making Yeonjun's heart flutter. Yeonjun's not gonna lie, but Soobin remembering everything he likes makes him so happy.

"So, I took these stuffs everyday.. though... this isn't an idealistic gift.. I want to give this to you.." The black haired prince shyly muttered, it was enough for Soobin to hear, still. The moon prince smiled.

"It's a beautiful gift, and thoughtful one too." The blonde responded, looking at a jar full of crystals. He wonders where on earth Yeonjun finds these stuffs.

The chaos prince smiles, then covered his face. He could feel his cheeks heat up as Soobin look at the jars one by one. Truthfully, his heart is beating loudly, far from normal.

"I'm done checking your gifts, wanna eat now? You must be hungry waiting for me." The moon prince asks, giving Yeonjun a plate, and a spoon.

The elder giggles, "not really." He replies, but still getting a slice of cake, and some fruits. The younger plastered a small smile, and picked some food too.

The picnic set were located under a big tree, the tree was big enough for them to be covered, and avoid the sunlight.

Minutes after eating, Soobin noticed that Yeonjun's eyelids were falling.

"You should sleep." Soobin suggested, trying not to be cold as possible. He felt like he was cold the whole time since it was Yeonjun who was speaking the time they were eating.

"Hmm? Is it okay?" Yeonjun lazily replied, his chest feeling light as he fall silent.

Soobin smiled, "of course. Do not overwork yourself." He says, pulling something out of his bag.

The moon prince didn't heard any reply, when he looked at him, Yeonjun was already asleep. Yeonjun was resting, his back resting on the tree.

Soobin chuckles, then, pulled out a small scarf to cover Yeonjun's lower part so that the sunlight won't burn him much. The blonde snapped his fingers, by a snap, a wind comes to their direction.

"Sleep well." He murmured, glancing at Yeonjun as if the chaos prince is the art tht caught his attention in a museum.

The wind is blowing, and Yeonjun is sleeping. This is enough for Soobin. Yeonjun's presence, being outside the castle, it's freedom.

Everything that surrounds him in that moment, it was all comforting.

Soobin, once again, glanced at Yeonjun who was sleeping easy. His heart flutters whenever he glances as Yeonjun. The man is truly a work of art.

While waiting for the elder to wake up, Soobin, once again, checked the jars. It was filled with different materials. There are leaves, petals, and even butterfly wings. There were a lot of jars, at least 10, he thinks. He knew that Yeonjun loves being outside, and loves nature, just by looking at the elder's gift.

"Let's see.. I'm sure hyung would like flowers." Soobin states, thinking each one of the flower he knows. Then, he suddenly remembered the white roses.

"Shame, he would have loved those flowers." He added. Just thinking about those event makes his blood boil.

An hour or so, Yeonjun woke up from a deep slumber. He found Soobin, reading a book. He assumes that Soobin brought it with him.

"You're awake." Soobin greets, closing the book he was reading. Yeonjun nods at him, "what time is it?" He asks, looking at the unfamiliar blanket above him.

"2:30, it's still early." The younger answered, putting the book in his bag. The elder grasped as he realized he was asleep for an hour.

"Oh no.. I'm sorry!" Yeonjun apologized, scratching his nape. Soobin giggled, and said, "you can keep the blanket."

The elder nodded, smiling at the moon prince.

"You will be going home later, correct?" Yeonjun inquired, folding the cotton blanket. Soobin nodded, now putting the jars in his bag.

"Seems like the moon prince is busy, eh?" He jokingly adds, making Soobin's face serious.

"Well, yes, but not really." Soobin replies, lowly. There was a hint of frustration in his voice. Yeonjun closed his mouth, and just wished for the heavens to get him.

"I- I'm so-sorry.. aha.." The elder sheepishly apologizes, earning small smile from Soobin.

"It's okay. It's the reality I'm living in." The younger assured, not putting Yeonjun at ease. Yeonjun still feels bad for him, he thinks that he triggered something inside Soobin that he shouldn't be triggering.

There, the silence fell. Yeonjun doesn't know what to say anymore as he felt his voice stuck in his throat. Soobin glanced at him, he shakes his head, and smiled to Yeonjun.

The silence wasn't awkward for Soobin, though. It was comforting than the silence in his own household.

"Should you go home now? Do you have curfew?" Soobin suddenly asks Yeonjun. Yeonjun shakes his head as an answer.

"Is it okay for me to leave? My mother would start searching for me if I'm gone too long." Soobin questions, Yeonjun smiled at him.

"It's okay. Take care along the way!" Yeonjun beamed, making Soobin's heart, flutter once again.

"Thank you for inviting me. Take care as well." Soobin replies, "I will tell the wind to guide you." He added, giving Yeonjun a big smile.

"Eh..?" Words that Yeonjun could only reply. His heart would explode from all the things he is hearing and seeing.

"I'll be off, good bye." Soobin waved his hand good bye, while Yeonjun watched him disappear in the forest trees.

As Yeonjun was about to clean up their set up, he saw that Soobin had already cleaned their mess. He already packed the remaining foods, and placed it in Yeonjun's basket.

While he was folding the picnic cloth, he saw a box beside his picnic basket. He cautiously checked the box, it seems that it had a letter above it.

" i know you love nature so much, so here are some part of it. — bin. "

Yeonjun's eyes sparkled as he read the letter. He immediately opened the box, and to his surprise, there are sparkling sands, aqua rainflower, lavender fruuties, and stargails.

Sparkling sands are one of the rarest sands in the continent. It is located far from their lands, and is only found in their continent. While Aqua Rainflower is the flower that he tripped, and made him met Soobin. Lavender fruuties, on the other hand, are one of the most efficient food for adventurers, and lastly is the Stargails. Stargails are star-shaped fruits that can be found underground, and is used to make nutrients.

"Oh my.. these.. these are great.." the chaos prince smiled, his heart is melting. Soobin knows how much he loves nature, just by looking at the messages he sends every week.

Yeonjun can confirm that Soobin is the only person that can make his heart melt, and can also make his heart flutter in seconds.

The chaos prince went home happily, he went home telling his grandmother that someone had already melted his heart.
