I'm done with school for this year, guys! *sigh* Finally.

What I Dislike:

Alright, so Thistleclaw. Oh, boy. Thistleclaw was a bully. Plain and simple. People try to defend his actions, but the truth is he was simply a bully. He was ambitious. Too ambitious. He went to the Dark Forest, which, contrary to popular belief, is what he deserved. He basically created Tigerstar.

I don't think Thistleclaw was an okay person. Honestly, I don't even think he was a very good villain. Why not? Because there was no depth to him. He was an ambitious bully, and that's it. I don't blame Thistleclaw for that -- I blame the authors. When you create a villain, it's up to you to give them depth.

For instance, why was Thistleclaw so ambitious? Because he wanted to become leader and fix ThunderClan. Okay, what was wrong with ThunderClan in his eyes? Uhhhhhhhhhhh . . . . . . . What was he aside from being ambitious and a bully? Ummmm . . . Exactly.

"Did he truly love Snowfur?" is another commonly-asked question. Personally, I think he did, but he didn't seem to love her enough to give up his dreams of becoming leader.

What I Like:

So what do I like about him? There must be something good, right? Well, I like the tragedy of this story. He lost both his sisters, if I'm correct. Perhaps that fueled his ambition, which of course is sad.

But I think the saddest part is the love story. Snowfur loved him with all her heart, and yet she's forced to spend eternity without him. And he loved her, too. How much? No one but the authors can say for sure, but he did love her. 

Conclusion:

So yeah. Not really a fan. I don't hate him, but I don't really like him either. I know this was short, but I just got out of school a few hours ago, so give me a break. Comment your thoughts on this character, leave a vote, and share! Point out any typos/grammar errors please!
