Destiny Fulfilled

YOU DID YOUR BEST to fight against the control of LBD. You grabbed Macaque with you and went to the top of the mech where Mk and Lady Bone were.

You landed down and threw Macaque on the ground which made the Lady Bone Demon smirk evilly, "Cast aside your stubbornness and face your demise with honor." She stated, staring down at Mk with disdain. Mk didn't give up and continued his argument, "If you really believe that destiny can't be changed, you wouldn't be using every ounce of power you have to keep her contained! The Monkey Queen I know will never stop fighting you. And neither will I." The boy exclaimed with determination while you approached him slowly.

No! I'm not going to let you hurt him!

You rushed forward in an incredible speed to deliver a final blow while Mk stood still, but nothing happened at all. In fact, you gripped the staff and let out a sigh, "Thanks for not giving up on me, bud." You spoke up with a smile, your eyes on longer bright blue. The Lady Bone Demon gasped upon seeing you free from her control, "No!" She growled in frustration.

"Time for the hero stuff." With that being said, you and Mk grabbed the staff and pulled it out of the ice. As a result, her her spiritual hold over you was tossed off which means that she can no longer possess you. You groaned and shivered in disgust, "Ugh! I can still feel her crawling under my skin." As you said that, Mk suddenly tackled you in a tight hug.

"I'm glad you're back."

You smiled and hugged him back. Macaque sat up and saw that you were back. As much as he wanted to be happy, he knew that this wasn't over yet, "Uh, guys? Now that Y/N's not under her control." He pointed out, making you and Mk look at the bone demon fuming in frustration.

"Predictably unpredictable fools! I'm not one to rush destiny but I won't be undone by a troop of headstrong simians!" She summoned her Bone Demon powers, freeing the little girl in the process. Macaque quickly moved and caught her, "If the Dragon Girl will not give me the Samadhi Fire willingly, then I will rip it from her!" With that being said, you could hear Mei screaming as the Lady Bone Demon's force unexpectedly came through her, making her lose control.

You and your successor were thrown off the mech as the others joined you. Once on the ground, you watched Macaque as he put the little girl down gently which made you smile gently, "He is still as gentle as in the old times." You thought before your attention shifted to the mech.

"You're right, MK. If you had never found that staff, none of this would have been possible. A delivery boy to the end." Lady Bone spoke up as Mk approached her slowly, the mech activated and pulled out two giant swords. Pigsy tried to stop the kid, but you held your hand out to prevent him. You were trusting Mk and knew that he can do this, "Now watch as I fulfill my destiny and begin this world anew! No Monkey Queen, no Monkie Kid! Nothing!" Lady Bone stated before lowering the swords burning with the Samadhi Fire on Mk. However and to her surprise, Mk had summoned his Monkey Mech and held the two swords back. A proud smile formed on your lips, "I know he can do it." You thought while putting a hand on your hip.

"No. No! I will not be stopped by a foul, insignificant creature! You would allow this world to continue to fester and rot, the eternal misery of countless souls because of your sentimentally for mortal pleasures?!"

"You can't judge things by their worst qualities!" Mk spoke up as he continued to hold back the mech.

"This world might not be perfect but it's still worth fighting for!" Tang stated, somehow creating a bright symbol on the ground.

"Yeah! Sometimes it's that little bit of char that makes for a more flavorful meat, even if it is a bit tangy." Pigsy joined.

Mo meowed as he jumped on Sandy's shoulder, "You said it, Mo. The world may be full of darkness but to let the light shine, all we need to do is stand together!"

And just like that, they combined their powers and sent it to Mk. You looked at Macaque and nodded before doing the same. The Celestial Monkey Mech had been created to resume the fight, "The perfect world is what we make it. So as long as I have my friends by my side, this world! Is! Perfect!" Mk yelled and attacked the enemy's mech, but it still wasn't enough.

"A child's notion! I will not indulge it!"

Suddenly, green flames shot from the Bone Mech to the Monkey Mech. You knew that Mei had managed to free herself from her prison. Now, it was time to end this battle. Tang used chi to free everyone from Lady Bone Demon's hold. The powers from various demons came together and the size of the celestial mech grew. MK creates a celestial staff and it started to get bigger and bigger. Ne Zha joined the fight as well by giving him his Flaming Wheels, "No! You will not take my destiny from me!" LBD exclaimed while trying to block the staff, but Mei summoned her dragon while you and and Macaque held the staff together.

"Here! Comes! Monkie! Kid!"

And just like that, the Lady Bone Demon was defeated.

After the end of the battle, you all decided to eat something refreshing somewhere on a mountain now that this nightmare was over. You were sitting beside Mk, watching the sun.

"You were done with that, right?" Macaque approached out of nowhere, pointing at the bowl in the boy's hands.

"Well, actually I—"

He couldn't finish his sentence when you snatched the bowl from him, "He was saving that for me, 'cause you know, I'm his mentor!" You stated before slurping up the noodles. Macaque rolled his eyes in annoyance, "Still the same Y/N, doing whatever she wants with no regard for others." He uttered as he crossed his arms.

"Mm, yeah! I'll keep that in mind next time you scheme with the enemy and almost get us all D-E-D!" You exclaimed while you two glared at each other.

"Uh, you know you two are the same, right?"

"I'm nothing like him/her!"

Macaque sighed and moved away, "Hey! Where do you think you're going?" You yelled at him. Macaque looked at you over his shoulder and smirked, "Don't know. Somewhere where I can do a bit of scheming, probably. See you around, MK." After saying that, he opened a shadow portal and jumped in it. You kept staring at the spot where he stood, a certain sentence ringing in your head.

Y/N, please, I want you back.

You didn't know why, but those words stirred some old feelings more back up to the surface. You quickly shook your head, pushing those thoughts away, "I hate that guy so much! Always acting like he's so cool!" You faked an upset face before continued eating. However, you knew you had to apologize to Mk, "I know I can never make it up to you. Honestly, I-I never thought I'd live as long as I have, let alone be someone's mentor. Turns out, I'm not very good at it. I guess what I'm trying to say is... I'm sorry, MK. For all of it." You said with a hint of guilt in your voice.

"It's okay. I can always get another bowl of noodles."

"What?! No! Not the noodles! I mean I'm sorry for being a bad mentor and making you clean up after my mess."

"I know. Sometimes I just play dumb to lighten the mood." Mk told you with a soft smile on his face. You couldn't help but chuckle lightly, "Me too, bud. Me too." You added before wrapping an arm around his shoulders to pull him closer to you.

You knew this wasn't the end yet, but you were sure that you can overcome any obstacles and enemies together.
