❝What can I say? I'm dramatic.❞

AFTER TIEING THE Mayor up and ensuring that he won't escape anytime soon, Mk was standing right before your clone that didn't even utter a single word. It didn't make any sounds or argue at all, it just... stood there.

Mk huffed and crossed his arms, "Aren't you going to talk anytime soon?" The boy asked the clone, obviously getting childishly irritated by its silence. When he knew it was helpless, Mk rubbed his face in annoyance, "Did Y/N send you?" The moment he asked this question, the clone nodded its head silently. Now that was the bit of a progress Mk wanted, "Is she free now? Will she join us?" He asked again with hopeful sparkle in his eyes. He wanted to get as much help as possible to stop the Lady Bone Demon once and for all and you would be a great addition. However, his hopes were shattered when the clone shook its head.

"Then how did she-..."

Mk was cut off when your clone pointed at the Mayor, "I think it's trying to tell you to get something from this guy." Pigsy pointed out as he tried to understand what the clone was trying to indicate. Tang hummed in thought to get into a good conclusion, "Maybe Y/N managed to get this clone out to help us instead of her. As you said Mk, Monkey King is possessed by the Lady Bone Demon's powers and she got Y/N's body as her vessel. Perhaps this clone our last ally." The man stated, making the others nod in agreement.

Mk looked back at the clone, still contemplating whether to trust that your clone will be of a big help or not. Your clone moved closer to Mk and put its hand on his shoulder. Just then, Mk could hear a faint sound in his head as his eyes flashed slightly purple.

I'm counting on you, kid.

It was your voice that rang in his head. He could tell that your voice didn't have any deception or lies to lead him to his doom. It was obvious that you wanted his help to get your body back. Mk clenched his fists tightly and turned to his friends, "Alright guys, let's set up a plan." He stated with determination, a confident smile tugging on his face.

Mk and your clone went to the bone mech where he saw the staff implanted in the ice. There was no one around to protect it or prevent him from taking it.

The plan Mk made was pretty simple, he and the clone will get the staff while Redson and the others free Mei. It was easy, but the executing was going to be tough as the Lady Bone had your body in her grasp. Taking in a deep breath, Mk stepped forward and reached to grab the staff.

"Here comes Monkie-"

"King!"

Suddenly, Wukong appeared out of nowhere and almost punched Mk. Thankfully, the boy moved away and your clone grabbed him before he could fall off the mech. Lady Bone appeared floating above the staff while Monkey King stood protectively in front of the staff, "MK, the Monkie Kid and a mere clone of the Six-Eared Y/N. Here to embrace oblivion?" She said while smirking, her flashing bright blue. Mk knew that this smirk wasn't Lady Bone's smirk, it was yours.

This body was yours, but why weren't you fighting to get it back? You and Wukong weren't battling against her control.

Mk cleared his throat and decided to play it cool, "The opposite, actually. We were hoping maybe you could call off this whole end of the world thing? Would really help us out." For some reason, Mk felt like you would be saying something like that with a smug look on your face just to provoke the Lady Bone Demon. Her smirk was still presence and never wavered even a bit, "None of us can alter the course of destiny." LBD declared while looking rather confident that no one can change what was done.

"Yeah. I thought as much." Mk frowned and took a fighting stance, followed by your clone. Monkey King also prepared himself to fight back Mk. A short while later, Mk launched forward to attack Wukong who went for a counterattack. Mk was nervous that your clone might betray him or malfunction.

Before Wukong's fist could hit Mk's face, your clone pushed him back by holding his fists. The clone looked at Mk and nodded its head before grabbing Wukong, taking the fight somewhere else. The kid watched as your clone disappeared from his view, "Thank you, Y/N. I will get out of her control. I promise." Mk thought with determination and turned to face the Lady Bone Demon.

It was finally time to get back what she had taken from him.
