Cece, Mouse, Roe and Hera watched as the door opened once again and Cane, Sabine and Eights walked in escorted by some droids.

The droids left them and rolled out after locking the door again.

"Sabine!" Hera said relived and engulfed her into a hug.

"Hera you're awake." Despite Sabine's fear of what was to come she let herself be happy and hugged Hera tight.

"Anyone seen Jessica, Circuits or Kanan?" Eights asked the others.

"No they must me in a different medic bay thing." Mouse piped up. "Where's Vent?"

"They took him down a different hallway." Eights responded. "In glad you guys ok anything suspicious happen yet?"

"Not yet." Roe responded.

"Except the fact that we have no weapons, no clue where we are, Roe can't see anything, we are missing four of our squad and the fact that they have at least all of our troops from Eadu here." Cece told them. "And we don't know who they even are."

"It's the Empire." Eights told her. "We saw them before we were knocked out."

"That's good at least we know that when we were attacked we didn't see anyone people just started dropping to the ground like rain before we could identify and stop the problem." Roe spoke up.

Sabine finally let go of Hera and joined the conversation. "We need a plan to get out of here, I think we should unlock this door and spilt up."

"We don't really have comms to communicate." Cane told her.

"Then we can stay together and-"

The rest of her sentence was cut off when the double doors opened and in walked Thrawn with four death troopers and Vent.

"Coming up with a plan, I suppose." Thrawn said.

Sabine gulped.

Eights glared.

Mouse hid behind Roe.

Roe squinted.

Cece looked at Vent worried.

Hera put a hand on Sabine and Eights' shoulders.

Cane took a step, standing in front of Roe.

"What do you want?" The male twi'lek said.

"I surrender." Mouse said and just about everyone shot him a look.

"I'm not accepting surrender I'm accepting utter defeat crashing down upon you." Thrawn said coldly. "That's why we are having this little demonstration."

"Let us go." Sabine said and glared at Thrawn. "You have down enough."

"A little spit fire are we." Thrawn said and motioned to his troops. "Get the yellow haired one, Cece."

"Let me go." Cece struggled as the death troopers took a hold of Cece and held her between two of them.

"You might need these Roe." Thrawn said and threw Roe her googles. She took them and put them on.

Sabine took a step to help when the other two pointed there guns at Hera's and Eights' hearts.

"I wouldn't make a move if I was you."

Sabine stepped back, her heart was beating fast. What was Thrawn's plan? To her surprise Thrawn handed Vent a gun.

Vent shoot Thrawn I could knock out those two troopers before they have a chance to shoot and I'm pretty sure we could take on the other two and free Cece. Sabine mentally screamed.

"Kill her." Thrawn ordered and Sabine's heart dropped thinking he was talking about the death trooper with the gun pointed at Hera but the only one that move was Vent.

He cocked his gun and faced Cece and the death troopers.

"Vent what are you doing?" Cece asked terrified.

Vent didn't reply only aimed the blaster at her chest.

Please be on stun please be on stun. Sabine wished.

Roe started to run at Vent when Cane grabbed her shoulders. "It's going to be fine Roe, I can't lose you too."

Roe looked up at him and stopped struggling to get free. "It's going to be ok."

Cece knew nothing was going to change all she could do now was talk.

Eights tried to run at Vent but Hera grabbed him and held him back.

"You won't win Thrawn." She lashed out on him. "Your Empire will fall and the rebellion will win. We have something you guys don't have hope. I won't see this war to an end but I hope my friends will and that's all that matters. You won't-"

Her last words were cut off by the sound of a blaster bolt flying threw the air and hitting her stomach. 

The death troopers let her go and she collapsed to the floor.

Dead.

Gone.

Roe started to sob and Cane pulled her into a hug. She buried her face in his shoulder and cried.

"She's gone." Roe choked out unable to look at her dead friend lying on the ground at the death troopers feet.

Mouse made it a threesome hug by hugging Roe's back, sandwiching her between him and Cane.

Sabine stood there in shock, looking at Cece unable to find her voice.

Hera seemed to be the only one who was thinking straight. "You monster Thrawn why make him do this, why?"

"It's just another move in the game." Thrawn said, eating up their grief.

"Vent buddy snap out of it." Eights yelled. "Vent this isn't you come on." He ran at his friend again but this time it was Sabine holding him back.

"That's not Vent the same way that Tekara isn't Ezra." She told him. "He's in there, listening but he can't do anything, not right now."

Eights nodded and stopped struggling.

He looked up at Vent with fear and disappointment in his eyes.
