Chapter one

Ever since her sacrifice the world has been quiet and peaceful, all our enemies shrank away in fear. Fear did not make us who we are, I just want her back. She had given me hope for change, she had changed my from a deadly killer to well who I am now. Chanda reminds me so much of her, she tries her hardest to make me smile but since Marionettes death I haven't been able to smile. It's so hard to be happy, I can't believe shes actually.......gone. I sighed looking out over the forest, I shook my head and continued my walk. Nothing happened these days, time seemed to drag on. Chanda had developed a rather strange habit like marionette where she liked to go off on her own to think a lot, I didn't blame her really. The cool breeze soothed me, everything was quiet and calm. I soon stumbled across a familiar clearing, after marionette sacrificed herself we had begun to move back towards where old memories brought back so many memories. The trees were recovering but I could still see the broken mangled branches and bushes from where Nightmares biggest battle had become victorious, I sighed brushing my hand over a scarred tree trunk. If anything the world was too quiet, me and golden Freddy made it our duty to keep Chanda safe so she didn't suffer the same fate. I turned and began to head back, Freddy and the gang had grown to trust me now. I was glad but it could never heal the pain that choked us all, upon arriving I was greeted by Chanda.
"You ok Springtrap?" Chanda questioned knowing my answer, I sighed.
"To be truthful no, it's hard to get over her absence......" I trailed, anger filled my remembering who caused her destruction. I slammed my hand against the cave wall and felt myself just breaking down, everyone was shocked at my burst of anger.
"Easy Springtrap," came golden Freddys comforting voice, I turned to him.
"How can you all be so calm!" I snapped unable to control the guilt and anger that stirred inside me, I couldnt control the anger I felt.
"We are all filled with guilt but if she were here she would want us to be calm and to move on," Freddy explained, I sighed knowing he was right.
"I'm sorry, I just.......can't take the pain.......it's hard to move on......" I trailed, golden Freddy put his hand on my shoulder.
"Springtrap come with me," golden Freddy ordered kindly, I nodded.
"Ok," I whispered, he led me a decent way away from the cave.
"Springtrap I loved her too so I know the pain you felt, I know the anger a guilt you feel, but it's our duty to make sure Chanda is safe and sound remember that," golden Freddy comforted, I sighed.
"Y-your right," I agreed, I looked up and I swear I saw her face. I shook my head and she was gone, golden Freddy was confused.
"What is it you saw?" He questioned noticing my shocked gaze, I shook my head and looked at him again.
"I-I swear I saw her face, she was standing right here and then vanished," I explained walking about where I saw her, golden freddy had a concerned face.
"She's gone Springtrap it's a figure of your imagination but in order for it to stop pestering you, you have to let her go," golden Freddy seemed to beg, I shook my head unable to think of her as truly gone after what I saw. We headed back and I felt hope flare in my chest like fire, if she had somehow survived it would be a miracle. But if she were to have survived why wouldn't she come straight back to us, I sighed shaking the thought agreeing it was only my imagination. Surely if she survived she would come back to us, she had no reason not to. We arrived back and what I saw was never mentioned as to not give the others false hope, I sat down at the cave mouth trying to clear my head. I just couldn't get what I saw out of my mind, tomorrow I would go and see if what I saw really was my imagination or not. Chanda knew something was on my mind, she sat down beside me.
"Soooooooooo what's on your mind springtrap?" She chirped, I shrugged.
"The usual," I joked giving a small chuckle before returning to my usual frown, Chanda seemed surprised.
"Ummm Springtrap you never laugh so I know your up to something," she mused, I knew she was right. I never laughed, honestly it felt great after all the grief I suffered.
"Eh I'm in a good mood, can you keep a secret?" I began then suddenly whispered, she crossed her arms and nodded.
"You know I can," Chanda chuckled, I nodded and led her just out of hearing range of everyone else.
"Ok while me and golden Freddy were talking I swear I saw marionette watching us but when I blinked she had gone, I know I sound crazy and golden Freddy thinks I am but I know what I saw Chanda so tomorrow imma see if what I saw had been real," I explained, Chanda looked shocked and I knew she believed me.
"That's amazing, I will come too that way you don't look suspicious," Chanda offered, I knew there was no talking her out of it.
"Ok but tell no one if what I saw was really my imagination then it would give the others false hope," I explained, Chanda nodded and we went back, I glanced over my shoulder at the forest. I would find her if she was alive and if she wasn't then well, I would deal with it forever.
Hmmmmmm interesting anyways guys as usual don't complain and be nice, anyways this book will go one of two ways. Both must be figured out by you, I know where I'm taking it but can you figure it out. All hints are within this chapter, can you find them?
