It had been two months since the Circlet of the Founder's had started Durmstrang and things were going great. All of the adults were great teachers, even Tom and Severus now that they were in their comfort zones, all of the kids were enjoying the lessons, the school and the new people within it. They had all made new friends but none of them were really close, it was like acquaintances and not friends if they were honest, no one would be able to replace those in the Circlet.

It had also been 5 months since Raphael and Charlie met, 5 months since they found their mate in one another, both had become really close to one another. If you saw one then the other would not be far behind, they were almost inseparable. The other mate couples had all bonded, all of the Weasley children, except Charlie, were the last to bond as they had to disown themselves from the Weasley family without anyone knowing it happened. It took a couple of months but once that was done they could bond and take the name of their mate.

Charlie thought that it was time for him to ask Tom and Severus to bond and marry Raphael.

So Charlie took a lesson off at a time where Tom and Severus were both of at the same time, Raphael had a lesson so he would not know what was happening. Charlie then made his way to his mate's parents room and knocked on the door.

"Come in!" A voice yelled from the other side of the door, one that Charlie knew as Tom's voice. Charlie took a deep breath and walked into the room finding Tom and Severus sitting on the couch. "Aren't you meant to be teaching Charlie?" Tom asked slightly confused.

"I took this lesson off, I need to talk to you." Charlie said nervously.

Tom and Severus sat up straight when they heard the nervousness in his voice. "Is it Raphael?" Severus asked worried that something had happened to his son.

"There is nothing wrong with Raphael, but it does have something to do with him." Charlie said moving around on his feet.

"Very well, sit down and ask." Tom said, gesturing to the chair opposite the couch him and Severus were on.

"Well as you know me and Raphael are mates and we have been seeing one another for 5 months. I was hoping that you would give your permission to ask him to bond and marry me." Charlie asked, he was a stuttering mess right now.

Tom and Severus looked at one another and smiled. "You want our permission to bond and marry our son? Why are you asking us when it is him that has to answer?" Tom asked.

"You are his parents and the courting rules state you must ask the parent or parents of your intended for their permission and blessing of the union." Charlie said, he had done research on this when he learned who his mate was. With his mates parents who they were he wanted to do everything the right way.

Tom and Severus were impressed, the boy was obviously nervous and he had looked into the rules of courting when he found his mate.

"Yes that is true, now do you love our son?" Severus asked, though he didn't really need the boy to answer that.

"More then anything." Charlie said looking at the couple. Severus and Tom could see the truth in the words as well as the love when their son was mentioned.

"And you don't just love because he is your mate?" Tom asked.

"Part of me does love him because he is my mate, but the majority of me loves him for his kind nature, his love for all he trusts and his pure heart. He maybe on the dark and may kill people but he is still the compassionate person I once met." Charlie told them.

"You have met him before? When?" Tom asked, his son had never told him this.

"It was in his first year of Hogwarts when he was still Harry Potter, the games keeper Hagrid had hatched a dragon and they would not be able to look after it. So my ex brother Ron called me and I came to get the dragon, I spoke to Harry for a couple of moments but I didn't know he was my mate at the time." Charlie explained.

"Well, I think you are the best choice for our son. You treat him right and you do not want him for his power or his looks, or even because he is your mate. We can tell you would get with him even if you both weren't creatures." Severus said.

"You care for him greatly and we know you will stay with him no matter what. Help him when he is sad, smile with him when he is happy and calm him when he is angry." Tom continued.

"Therefore you have our permission!" Tom and Severus said as one.

"Thank you Tom, Severus!" Charlie yelled he then stood to walk to the door.

"Wait." Two voices said to him. Charlie turned and sat back down with his two soon to be in laws.

"Yes?" Charlie asked.

"One can we see the ring?" Severus asked. The ring was what Charlie would use to ask Raphael to marry and bond with him, while it is two different ceremonies only one ring is used as the bonding bracelets appear during the bonding ceremony.

"Sure." Charlie said reaching into his pocket and pulling out a box. The two older men gasped when they saw the ring. It was a silver ring but it two dragons on it, one was an emerald green dragon made out of the rare gem, the other was a red dragon made out of the ruby gem, the dragons were curled around one another with a diamond in the middle were the dragons claws were.

"Where did you find a ring like that?" Tom asked shocked.

"I didn't find it, I made it." Charlie said with a blush, the adults were shocked.

"You made this how?" Severus asked in shock.

"I looked all over the place for the perfect ring but there was none, it was then I remembered that a friend in Romania taught me how to create jewellery and weapons. So I gathered the stones and silver myself and built the ring. It was expensive and took over a month to make but Raphael is worth every penny and every second.

"Wow Charlie that is so sweet." Tom said and Severus said, Charlie was shocked that the dark lords had said the word sweet. To Tom and Severus this just proved to them even more that Charlie was going to be perfect together.

"And the second thing, call us mother and father too. You will be married and bonded to our son so you will have to start calling us that." Tom said with a smile, one that Severus also gave and one that Charlie returned.

"Thank you mother, father." Charlie said, with a smile. His own mother and father didn't accept him, in a months time he would have a new mother and father, a mate and husband as well as siblings and friends that love him.

"Now get going and propose to our son." Severus said, Charlie ran to them both and hugged them before going of to find his mate.

Charlie found Raphael waiting for him near the edge of the forest, he realised it was lunch time and they were going to head out for a hunt.

"Raphael before we leave I need to ask you something." Charlie said, he was less nervous now that he had the permission and blessing from two dark lords, but he was still a little nerve wracking. 

"You can ask me anything Charlie." Raphael said with a sweet smile.

Raphael gasped when Charlie went down onto one knee and reached into a pocket, pulling out a box. "Raphael Riddle, you are my destined mate but that is not the sole reason I love you. I love you for your kind heart and loving personality, you are the perfect mate and I know that I do not deserve you but you were made for me. Your mother and father have given me their permission to ask you this question. Will you marry and bond with me?" Charlie asked taking a deep breath when he had finally asked.

It took less then a minute for Raphael to answer. "Of course I will! Was there ever any doubt?" Raphael said.

Charlie let out a deep breath when he heard this. He took the ring of its cushion and placed on the left ring finger of his mate, once this was done Charlie was given a deep kiss from his fiancée.

"Where did you find a ring like this?" Raphael asked when they had finished their kiss and looked to the ring, the most beautiful ring he had ever seen.

"I didn't, I made it. I bought all the tools, the silver and the three stones and then I made them into the ring, I couldn't find the perfect one for you so I made one. It cost a lot and it took me over a month to complete." Charlie explained.

"Then why did you make one when you could have bought one? I would have been with the simplest silver ring." Raphael said with a smile, Charlie really did love him to do this all on his own.

"Because I wanted to spoil you, as Harry Potter you did not have much so now that you have me, your parents and your friends you are going to be spoilt. Besides, like I told your fathers, you are worth every penny and second I spent on that ring." Charlie told Raphael, which earned him another kiss.

"I love you Charlie." Raphael said burying his head into the strong chest of his mate.

"And I love you Raphael." Charlie replied, he could feel the coolness of the ring on the back of his neck where Raphael's hands were.

"Now and forever." They both said at the same time.
