Chapter 12- Time of Education

Your head was aching, and you felt something around your mouth.
'Great Odin's ghost... light is too bright...' You struggled to open your eyes, ears twitching at a student beeping you kept hearing.

Through the light, you managed you look around, and saw nothing but white. It was a small room, with beds and some weird beeping things. Whenever you breathed in or out, you saw and heard something expand and shrink.

'Is this thing around my mouth helping me breathe?' You thought, tiredly lifting your paw to try and take it off.
"I wouldn't do that," You flinched at a voice, and looked over to see a small old human walking in the room.

You then realized how small the room was, and you panicked. You tried to stand up and move around, but the wires didn't allow you.
'They're afraid,' She thought with sympathy.

"Don't fret now. You just need to relax," The old woman placed her small hand on your face, making you pause and calm down.
"You've been here for two days, you need the energy you have," She patted your cheek and turn to walk to her desk.

"What great power you have, as I was told. You must be very tired now. Don't worry, they won't hurt while I'm around," She huffed and looked at some papers.

"It was hard to check any blood, considering how deadly it was to go near it. However, we concluded you'll be good as new in a few hours," She hopped on her chair and placed the paper down.

"Though, I do need to get the heroes in here, they need to ask some questions about y-"

CLANG

Recovery girl turned her chair to see the bed empty, wires all over, and the breathing mask hanging limply on the ground. All she heard was giant footsteps race down the hallway, and some students screaming.

"...Oh dear..."

'Where is he?! Where is he?!' You frantically thought, bulldozing any other humans that wasn't Izuku. You needed to find him, this was all too much for you. The hallway was too small, and you needed some bigger space.

'Not him, not him, not him, not- what is that?' You halted your running, sniffing the air for a second before turning your head.
'That's smell... it's very tasty... and with that... wait-?!' You let out a happy noise and confused to race down the hall until you turned a corner.

'Yes!!' You flapped your wings as you saw familiar green haired human.
"Watch out!!" A student screamed, and Izuku turned around to see you charging towards him, jumping on him.

"Agh!!" He yelped in surprise as you made a happy noise. You licked his face with excitement, feeling comforted by his presence.
"Deku!!" You heard a female shout, Izuku just laughed and hugged your head tightly.

"I'm okay! I'm okay!" He sniffed and closed his eyes, pressing his head against yours. Iida and Uraraka stared in awe as other students watched with amazement.
"It's alright Uraraka. They're completely harmless towards us!" He reassured everyone.

You lifted your head against his arm, and he petted your ears.
"Everyone, this is-!..." Izuku stopped, color draining from his face.
"I... don't know your name..." Everyone stared at him in disbelief as he started to panic.

"11 months, and I never learned your name?! Do you even know my name?! I'm a bad friend!!" He cried, and you just tilted your head confused.
'Of course I know yer name!' You thought as if it was obvious.

"Young Midoriya!!"

He froze in fear at the voice of All Might, who appeared out of no where and everyone turned to look at him this time.
"It appears that this dragon is acquainted with you, do you mind if you escort them to the Principal's office?" He asked loud and proud, causing people to turn back and stare at Izuku.

"Of course!!" He yelped, placing a hand on your head, and tilted his head to indicate to follow him.
"It'll be okay. I won't let them hurt you," He whispered, which made you relax a little and slowly walked next to him.

Turning the corner, All Might turned to the both of you when he made sure no one else was around to watch.
"Now then," He grinned and motioned to the both of you.

"Shall we answer some questions?"

Tsukauchi and All Might sat on couches as Izuku sat in a chair facing towards Nezu, who was comfortably sitting at his desk. You on the other hand?
'They can't keep me captive!!' You thought, biting a book and tossing it away.

You were stumbling all over the place, scratching furniture and knocking books over.
"It appears your dragon friend is quite curious," Nezu simply smiled at the scene as Izuku was panicking and tried to make you stop wrecking things.

"T-they're not usually like this!!" He apologized, carefully patting your wing and made you sat down.
"No need to apologize Midoriya, we're simply here to ask you questions regarding to their stunts with heroes," Izuku gulped, and looked at you, where you just yawned and ears twitched.

'They don't seemed nervous or hateful towards Principal Nezu, so maybe they trust another animal,' He thought. Tsukauchi took his hat off and nodded at Nezu.
"Now then, let's start with you meeting them," He sipped his tea and smiled.

"Well... it started with the morning of a villain attacking a train station," He started, looking at you as you nodded, telling him to continue.
"No one knew who they were, or what they were doing there, but Kamui Woods thought they were a villain, so he and Mt. Lady tried to stop them," He continued.

"But they easily beat them and disappeared. Next, I saw them when they were held captive by a sludge villain with Kacchan. When they escaped, Kamui Woods managed to trap them with his wooden bindings, causing them to crash into the forest,"

"I stumbled upon them when I was take a walk, so I was going to run and get a hero to take them in, but..." He trailed off, before taking a deep breath.
"I saw how scared they were, and I don't know why, but I set them free, and they ran off," He cleared his throat.

"I then saw them at the beach, who I believed was going to leave, but I made my presence known with a fish, trying to gain their trust. The moment I made contact, they transformed into a human like form where they showed trust in me," He smiled fondly at the memory.

"The thing is, is that they don't seem to have a quirk at all. When I asked them, they had no idea what the word meant, and I red a book about their kind! They're about thousands of years old!" Izuku giddily said.

"After that, we spent a lot of time together, during training and school, I always tried to make sure they trusted me and kept them safe. Guess they thought the same way," Izuku felt his face heat up, thinking on how close you both had gotten.

"Everything he said, was the truth," Tsukauchi told him as All Might smiled. Nezu nodded and finished drinking his tea.
"Well then, a dragon without a quirk. How about that?" He smiled and raised his paw.

"Though they didn't mean any harm, we can't just have them running around, now do we?" Izuku gulped, not wanting them to take you away.
"Izuku Midoriya. If we allow them to stay in this school, would you be the one to take care of them? Have them in the custody of UA until the time being?" He asked happily.

Izuku's eyes widened, before nodding frantically.
"Yes! Yes I would!" He squeaked out. You sensed that Izuku got you out of trouble, which made you sigh in relief. Then, Nezu cleared his throat.

"About that transformation. Would you like to demonstrate?" Nezu turned to you, and you paused for a moment, looking at Izuku, who nodded. You took a deep breath before you started to shrink, skin started to appear and you felt the seat underneath you.

All Might and Tsukauchi watched in awe as you gave a big yawn.
"Now, what is your name?" Izuku listened in with excitement, wanting to finally hear your name. You gave a slight smile at the question.

"My name... it's (Y/N). (Y/N) Fury,"
