Mangle buried her face into Foxy's shoulder, sobbing from her latest nightmare. The nightmare had once again included the girl whom Mangle had bit and nearly killed, who had once again taunted Mangle relentlessly.
Foxy rocked Mangle back and forth, running his hand through her white and pink hair as her sobs continued. She sobbed for a solid ten minutes, until she finally calmed down.
"T-t-thank ye Foxy." Mangle whispered, nuzzling her head against Foxy's shoulder. Foxy smiled and kissed the top of her head, still running his hand through her hair.
"Well I know what it's like ter get nightmares. Fer months after the murder, I had nightmares of Jake, or me really, watching me friends die, and then watching Vincent come towards me. I can still remember 'is sadistic grin; how he caressed his knife that he had used ter murder George, Caroline, Phoebe, and Ben with. I still get nightmares even now, but they're rare. So I know what ye're going through lass. Ye'll get through it, I promise ye." Foxy assured Mangle. Mangle smiled and wrapped her arms around her boyfriend, just happy to have him there. She knew that the end of the year was approaching, and as soon as it became 1990, Foxy would have to leave her. So Mangle held Foxy as tightly as she could, and begged him to sleep with her every night, so her nightmares would fade by the time he left.
She knew that a lot of the toys would be sad to see the originals go. Mangle could tell that Toy Bonnie loved Chica, and Mangle was beginning to suspect that Chica returned his feelings. And Bonnie and Toy Chica had been having such a good time together, and Golden Freddy and Mari rarely left each other's arms.
Foxy kept running his hand through Mangle's hair, and she kept her arms wrapped around him, and they stayed like that for nearly an hour. Soon, the two had fallen asleep in each other's arms, laying comfortably on the cold ground. Mari came in, and, upon seeing the two laying there, chuckled to himself and laid a blanket over them.
"Goodnight." He whispered softly, before walking back to his boyfriend, Golden Freddy, who was waiting right outside. As soon as Mari walked out, Golden Freddy levitated up to Mari's height, which was an astonishing 9 feet, and wrapped his arms around Mari. Mari
smiled and walked back to his room, Golden Freddy clutching onto him the entire way.
