Hope you enjoy this next chapter. I will try and put some action into it.

I bowed in a sign of respect to the man that I had travelled with for weeks. I turned toward my bag and check that my daggers and sword are still there. I sigh with relief as I see the glistening silver reflection on the light. I turned back towards the man and ask a question that I had asked many times and was willing to do so once more.

"What's your name? And how old are you?" I asked with the curiosity bursting out of me.

"Now I can say youngster, My name is Rayve and I am in fact 188 years old." He said calmly as if it was normal.

I stared at him, speechless. I knew he was old because his skin was old and had wrinkles. But I had never imagined him to be 188! For a while, I hadn't realised that my mouth was wide open and my eyes the size of the moon and just staring at Rayve. I quickly closed my mouth shut and blinked my eyes closed. Although Rayve, just started chuckling at my expressions. This caused my cheeks to turn red in embarrassment.

"Well then..." I awkwardly said, "So you're my mentor then?"

"Yes. Yer completely correct on that youngster I am and I-" He was cut off as screams broke through the air.

Panic enlightened in Rayve's eyes and the doctor ran out of the room. I glanced around confused but I kept calm and walked over to my bag and pulled Roy out while swinging my bag over my shoulders. I grabbed the handle of my daggers and pulled out its' leather sheathes and attached it to my belt while doing the same for my sword. Rayve signalled for me to follow with caution and I walked towards him. As soon as we left the room, Roy barked a warning to us and flattened himself to the ground while growling. A man armored with sheaths and blades and when he noticed us, he didn't hesitate to launch himself right at the three of us. Quick as a flash I deflected his blades by taking out my long sword. I saw shock in his eyes which faded as soon as it had showed and the the man skillfully swung his blades around and leaped at me I jumped back in surprise as his blades lashed out just barely missing my eyes. I stopped for a second as a flash of fur caught my eyes and I saw Roy jump at the man while gripping with his teeth on the man's arm. I gazed proudly at Roy as he teared at the man.

After that outbreak, we just managed to clear out the rest of the people that were ganging up on us through the halls and we opened to glass doors out into the pretty fields of grass and flowers. Some spots of grass and flower had been trampled over and I noticed people running crazily around the place screaming their heads off. Groups of men like the ones we had seen before were fleeing as well as horses trampled some of them in rage. Soon there were no people left screaming and people started coming out of houses while one man alone stood at the centre, just outside the entrance to this place. Other people that had supposedly lived here grabbed on anything that they could hit with and ganged up on the one man. Though I noticed that there was not one single glint of fear in his eyes and he was looking right at me with fiery rage and determination in his eyes. He rushed forward completely dodging the whole crowd and lunged straight at me with a look of triumph.

"I have found you now and this time you will not escape. Not after all those years." The man spoke while leaping at me and knocking me down with incredible force.

"Wha- wh- what do you mean?" I asked in complete shock and panic.

I was losing this fight until I then realised that the crowd came forward and rushed to my aid. The man did not back down and a large gust of wind blew them all of their feet. He looked into my eyes with a satisfaction and spun me around while chaining my hands up.

"You will come with me or you will risk your life." He threatened to me while I wriggled around trying to break through the chain.

I soon gave up and slumped onto the grass trying to make myself heavy for him to take me with. But I then realised that he could just pick me up. Which of course he did and threw me over his shoulders to leave me hanging upside down against his back. I gave a sigh of defeat. Just at that moment, another man came rushing forward and I tensed ready to feel pain on me. But to my surprise, the man had been holding a staff and whacked it down with an incredible amount of strength but instead of hitting me, it broke the chains around my wrist. I watched as the man hit the staff down on the other man who tried to kidnap me right down on his head. His eyes rolled up into his head and he stared blankly but still breathing, only to be unconscious. I stared up in relief to see that the man who had saved me was Rayve.

"Are yer kay there youngster?" Ray asked with a concerned tone.

"Uh uh what? Oh yeah yeah I'm fine." I reassured him with a huff whilst stumbling upon my words with shock.

Roy came jumping up to me licking me all over the face with joy. Strange how that young wolf became so attached to me already.

"So I never got a chance to introduce yerself to this wonderful place." He told me obviously forgetting earlier.

" This is a place where no evil can enter such as The Hunters. Erm those people who had come in before, had power and were willing to kill yerself but they were hired assassins to bring you back to The Hunters' leader himself. So this will be the place that I will train you at. Your performance back there was not too great. I'll leave the defence and battle training to someone else but I will teach you how to use yer power and all that stuff. And yes, I will teach you how to ride a horse and you shall keep it." He explained to me while looking amused at my expressions.

"Well then youngster, let's just forget bout' this mess and start off with meeting your combat trainin' teacher. She's around the same age as yerself ere' so enjoy." Rayve told me.

I nodded then followed after him. We started approaching a large farm house and knocked on the door three times. A girl with light brown hair opened the door. She gave me and Ray a wide smile and then opened the door wider to reveal a beautiful set of furniture and a nice fireplace.

"Hello there!" The girl said kindly with a smile and shining green eyes.

"Hello." I greeted back.

"So grandfather, this is the girl that I'm training right?" The girl asked Ray.

"Thats right! She ere' needs some combat training. Leave the magic training to me though. Teach her the weapon magic as well." Rayve explained to the girl.

Rayve turned to me and then said, "This here is Endalyn and she is your combat teacher. She can spare you some of her weapons and sheathes and stuff like that. You two can go knock yerselves out." He then turned around and waved a goodbye then left the house.

"Well then, first you have to do some exercise for this. We are going to run one lap around this farm. Um and that's around, 1 kilometre long. I think. I will run with you because I need a warm up before I teach you a few things. Also, when grandpa said 'some' weapons, he meant many." Endalyn explained.

I followed Endalyn out the house and we started just outside a pen of chickens and she marked a line in the dirt with a stick. She pointed down at it.

"This is the start and it will also be the finish. The more we run like this, the faster you will become." Endalyn told me.

I nodded and we started on the line then sped off. I followed Endalyn so I knew the way next time we did this. I didn't start to get tired until we were around half way. I walked for a bit while I watched Endalyn still running ahead. I paced my walking steps until I was catching up with her a bit. I saw the line engraved in the dirt ahead and I decided to sprint. I sprinted and a reached the line only just to skid and fall over. I felt my elbows start to burn and my knees were stinging. I held my chin up not willing to look at my wounds.

"Ohhh! That must hurt. It's a nasty scratch on your right elbow and your left elbow is slightly grazed. But your knee...." Endalyn pointed out to me.

"Is it bad?" I asked starting to get a bit worried as I felt a thick flow of liquid roll down my knee.

"Um, there's kind of a large stone dug deep in your skin." She explained also starting to sound just as worried as I was.

"Follow me quickly, you need a healer." She told me quickly while pulling me by the wrist.

Endalyn grabbed an unused letter and wrote a short but quick letter on it.

"Wait here while I quickly take this to a building nearby." She said while already speeding out of the house.

I walked around the house a bit and sat down on an arm chair and lifted my leg and waited for my wound to dry. I looked down for a second and flinched causing the pain to sting even more.

"Ouch!" I muttered angrily to myself.

Endalyn P.O.V

I rushed towards a small building with a large opening and small doors like cabinets on the inside stored with letters all going to somewhere.

"Where is it?" I whispered to myself.

Then I spotted number 334 on one of the cabinet draws. As soon as I put it in, the letter vanished.

"He must be home then." I sighed with relief as I stared at the cabinet.

I sped back home and by the time I got there, Bella was fast asleep with her wound dry with blood. I looked at it and then turned away feeling sick. I walked into my room and flopped down on my bed. I puffed, exhausted then fell into a deep sleep.

Bella P.O.V

I awoke to the sound of knocks on the door. I ran upstairs wincing a bit with the pain in my leg but I ran into one of the rooms looking for Endalyn. I peered through the first door and saw the girl lying down with her back to me and her mouth wide open. I walked up to her and tried to wake her up. I succeeded and she whipped up straight away in surprise.

"Somone's at the door!" I informed her.

She nodded with understanding then ran downstairs. She opened the door slightly like she had done when we had first arrived.

"Doctor?" Endalyn asked a bit wearily.

"Yes Endalyn. So where's the girl?" A deep voice answered.

Endalyn opened the door wider then indicated to me. I watched as she explained what had happened in more detail. He nodded and stepped towards me. He held his hand out signalling a handshake. I shook his hand. Hmm, firm handshake?

"Bella." He greeted.

"Doctor. You were the doctor at the hospital when I had fallen unconscious right?" I asked him.

"Yes and now I am going to have to help you again." He answered.

I nodded then sat down while he checked my knee. I saw him use a light and a pair of tweezers. He quickly pulled out the bloodstained stone and I screeched in pain as the blood started flowing out again. He grabbed a bandage from his bag and wrapped it around my knee to stop the bleeding. He gave me a hall roll of it so I could keep changing it. Then he looked at my left elbow and dabbed it with a tissue with some sort of medicine on it. It stung a bit but wasn't as painful.

"Thank you." I dipped my head gratefully.

"No problem." He said with a smile then grabbed his things and waved a goodbye then left the house.

"Feeling better now?" Endalyn asked with a worried expression on her face.

"Better than I have ever been." I said with a smile.

Endalyn P.o.V

I sighed with relief as I watched Bella smiling with happiness. Her bandage was covered in blood already but was slowly drying up and it had stopped bleeding. Although, her elbow was still bleeding.

"Does it hurt a lot?" I asked worried again.

"Actually, not anymore. I think that the medicine doctor used on my leg and elbow numbed it so I wouldn't feel the pain." She reassured me.

"Phew! Okay, his medicines are very strong so if that was a numbing medicine, that one would last for days now." I told her with a smile.

She smiled back then laid down on the couch. I watched her slowly fall asleep then I walked off into the farm where there was flowers and a plain of grass. I laid down on it and fell asleep myself because I was still exhausted.

I awoke to a scream coming from the farm house and I ran towards it in panic. I swung open the door to see a man holding a knife over Bella's neck.

"Drop your weapon!" I yelled with a snarl.

"She needs to pay. She will die soon. We need her power first though!" The man yelled back, matching my snarl.

"Not on my watch!" I said before launching myself at the man with arms flailing to grab a curved knife from my sheathe from my boot.

My blade met contact with the man's blade as he took it off Bella and she flopped down on the ground. I glared at the man with a piercing gaze which were literally blazing with a green light and tree branches had grabbed the man by his arms and swiped his knife out of his handsand made fear cloud his eyes. I knew that Bella had known about my power but when she had seen me she turned away with her own gaze sparking with fear. I used all my strength and flipped backwards then leaped at the man digging my blade deep into his neck. He let out a sickening sound and then fell limp in the branches of a tree which had broken the window from outside.

"S-so, t-th-a-ts your p-pow-er?" Bella asked startled and shocked.

I nodded slowly then leaned towards her. I looked down at her wound and covered my eyes as the wound was bleeding with a cut on the bandage and the wound looked like it had been cut even deeper.

"Oh no!" I whispered then ran right out the house and yelled as hard as I can, "DOCTOR COME NOW!!!!!"

I sighed then ran back in. I had used a special echo power that anyone with a power could learn so when in an emergency, it would have called out to specified people. Bella was now lying on the floor with her eyes just tiny slits while she was crying out in pain. I looked down at her and couldn't help but feel very sorry for her.

"This is bad." I muttered to myself sadly.

Bella P.o.V

A tear rolled down my face as the pain was unbearable. I watched as Endalyn ran out the door and yelled for the doctor. I don't know why she did that because I knew he was quite far and that was why she had sent the last by letter. She quickly ran back in and I saw concern and a rush of pity cloud her gaze.

"This is bad." She muttered to herself with a hint of sadness in her voice.

I sighed then turned around and lay back on the couch. I needed to get the training that I was supposed to be having. I jumped as a someone knocked on the door. I looked up to see the tree slowly sinking back through the window and a man with a cloak and staff at the door. I let out another deep sigh as I realised that it was Rayve.

"Rayve! Help me please!" I begged.

"I'm sorry youngster but I don't know any medical stuff." He said sadly.

I let out a shrug and turned away feeling defeated. I knew that I was probably going to bleed to death before I even got to know if I actually had the power.

"How did that guy get in?" I heard Endalyn ask me.

"I-I don't know." I said with another shrug.

"Hmmm." Endalyn started murmuring to herself.

"How did he even get in this ere' place?" Rayve whispered.

I heard Roy let out a slight wail and looked at me with glistening eyes. He looked sorry. I began wondering what Ray was talking about, 'getting in this place'. Couldn't anyone get in this place? Oh wait, he said only people with magic.

"We're not safe ere' anymore. Let's do this trainin' fast now." Rayve said looking slightly panicked.

"Why are you looking sorry?" I asked turning to Roy.

"I didn't help you!" He wailed.

Wait what?! He just wailed. Does that mean he can speak? Whaaaaa? I don't get this anymore. Why did that just happen? Since when did he talk? He has only been my friend for a short while as well! He doesn't need to feel bad.

"I see yer' friend ere' just talked!" Rayve said astonished with a slight chuckle.

"The doctor's coming soon." Endalyn said looking relieved then widened her eyes at the sight of the wolf.

"Stand back!" She yelled in command.

I got up wincing with pain and lowered her knife that she was holding up at Roy. I looked her in the eye then told her, "He is no enemy. At first he may have been but we are now friends. I don't exactly know how it happened but we just are now. So please, lower your knife. He means no harm."

She looked kind of startled but then gave me a nod then put her knife away. She sighed then flung herself on top of the sofa. She looked exhausted and before we knew it, she was deeply sleeping.

"It's been a long day. Let's wait for the doctor now." Rayve told her listening to Endalyns' loud snores which brought a light laugh to our mouths.
