Ezra had showered, dried and dressed before returning down stairs; he found Kanan, Hera and Sabine in the kitchen getting their lunch ready, talking about the car and how Ezra brought it back to life. All the boy did was grin at knowing the couple still couldn't believe that he had fixed the car; he entered the kitchen to see some sandwiches, crisps, drinks and other little snacks on the table. "Hey Ezra" the three greeted as they sat down to eat; the younger teen had just taken the first bit of his sandwich after he had asked "where's Zeb?" the woman explained that he had gone out with some mates. They all spoke until Ezra asked a question "what's in this sandwich??" Sabine thought for a moment as she had made his sandwich "peanut butter and jam". Ezra's eyes widened before he violently jumped out of his seat and ran to the bin; spat all of the food out of his mouth, even attempted to make himself sick before quickly pouring himself a glass of water. Kanan was out of his seat and next to the teen "Ezra, what's wrong?? Don't you like peanut butter and jam sandwiches??" he asked but the kid shook his head "I'm allergic to peanuts" he explained after his second glass of water. Kanan's eyes widened for a second before he made the kid another drink before he sat him down; Sabine apolagised, to which Ezra just waved off saying "it's fine Sabine, you didn't know" he paused to drink some more water "besides, it's not too bad, as long as I get it out of my system as soon as possible" They all waited to see if anything bad would happen, but luckily, nothing did; Hera made Ezra a new sandwich whilst Sabine sat with Ezra, and Kanan wrote on a piece of paper 'Ezra is allergic to peanuts!!' and stuck it up on the fridge. They soon ate up and spoke for a while until Kanan got a call from Zeb who needed a lift home; they filed into the car and went to pick him up.
Once the four had reached a small park area, they hopped out of the car and waited for Zeb, but they soon saw three teen boys walking up to them. Once of the boys, who seemed to be the leader, spoke up "hey boys, look who it is!! It's the pathetic street rat" all attention turned to Ezra who just glare at the three "shut it Jim!!". The boys gave an evil grin as they began to approach them; Kanan was about to tell the three teenagers to get lost, but before he could, Ezra had put his arm out in front of him before making his way towards the boys. Once they were face to face, the boy, Jim, spoke again "Tom and Bill told us that you never had your proper beating yesterday, and told us to complete it if we were to see you" before Ezra could react, all three boys had jumped him!! Kanan, Hera, Sabine and now Zeb who just arrived ran to the fight in hopes of helping and saving Ezra, but soon, one of the boys pulled out a knife and slashed one of Ezra's arm with it. Thankfully, he soon stopped and ran for it when Zeb kicked him in the gut; the three ran away, yelled back "this isn't over street rat!!". The small family quickly helped Ezra up and got him to the car; Hera drove them to the hospital as the youngest boy needed medical attention for his arm.

They were sat waiting in the med bay when the doctor spoke up "okay, now I need you to take your shirt off so I can have a look at the wound properly" Ezra sighed but agreed; slowly, with Kanan's help, he took his now stained shirt off. Everyone gasped at the sight in front of them; Ezra's arms, stomach, back and chest were covered with scars, old and new. They all stayed very quiet whilst the doctor did his thing, stitching the wound up and wrapping it. They were soon back in the car on there way home, yet still no one had uttered a word until they were finally home. Ezra suddenly blurted out "look, I get you guys are shocked and all, but come on, they're not that bad!! Not bad enough to make you all quiet" and with that he left the car and entered the house. The four quickly followed and saw Ezra sitting on the sofa, rubbing his forehead; Hera walked over and gave him a hug as everyone sat down, ready to hear what the young boy had to say. "I'll take it you want to know how I got them and why I have so many??" Ezra asked, looking up at everyone; Kanan slowly nodded as they all gave him small smiles. Ezra took a deep breath before beginning "okay, well then...here we go...."
