Do you guys want a face reveal?

I hate how a lot of guys will judge girls without even knowing them. The other day me and my friend told our volleyball teammate we thought her friend was attractive so she sent him pictures of us and then sent the conversation to us.
On the picture of me he said 'eh I wouldn't date her.' And on my friends picture he said 'now she's hot!' And it bothers me that he didn't even care about personality because my friend could have been the rudest meanest person in the world, she's not but he didn't know that.
I really don't get guys sometimes, it's all about someone's face to most of them, someone please explain guy logic to me.
