SAM'S P.O.V

We rushed out of class looking everywhere for Y/N. We looked in the lunch room, all the classrooms, even outside. Then Taurtis got an idea. "Why don't we check the bathroom?" I mentally face palmed. "Why didn't we check there first." My question was never answered but that didn't matter as we started running towards the bathroom. When we got there we searched the boy's bathroom and she wasn't there which only left the girls bathroom.

Me and Taurtis was starting to walk in when Grian pulled us back. "What do you guys think your doing!?" Grian shouted. "We're looking for Y/N duh." I stated the obvious. "But we can't go into the girls' bathroom." He replied. "But Grian haven't you always wondered what the girls' bathroom looked like?" Taurtis asked while he walked in. I followed Taurtis while Grian sighed and trailed behind us.

"Y/N are you in here?" I called out. "D-Daddy." A voice said. It was Y/N. We watched as she stepped out of one of the stalls. Her eyes were red and her cheeks were stained with tears. We all gave her a big hug and wouldn't let go. "Why did you run away from us like that?" Grian asked. "I'm s-sorry! I heard a l-loud noise a-and I couldn't help but r-run!" I couldn't blame her. She was following her instincts. It's normal for her to run away from stuff that might be a threat to her life and especially when she doesn't know about every day things.

I used to be the same way when I was her age but she'll grow out of it...hopefully it would scare me if she didn't. But nothing could have scared me more than what she said next. "I'm sorry! P-Please don't hit me!" How could she think that we would hit her. It broke my heart into pieces. The hug got tighter as she spoke. "We would never do that to you ever!" Taurtis exclaimed with tears in his eyes.

Grian was crying softly. Their hearts were broken just as much as mine was. I turned her around so I could look at her in the eyes. "I know your scared but please you have to trust us when we say that we will NEVER hurt you." "We aren't like your dad. We could never hit someone as sweet and innocent as you." Grian said. "So please just trust us." Taurtis said while wiping away his tears.
Y/N clutched my shirt. "Ok I'll try but it's hard for me but I'll try for you." "Thank you." We said. We all stood up and Taurtis put Y/N on his shoulders causing her to giggle. We walked out the bathroom and headed for our next class.
