Ok my advice.

I recommend you fin yourself a nice movie that makes you feel good about yourself! And grab a big bucket of KFC and a jumbo bucket of whipped cream. And a container of ice cream! Find a nice comfortable place like the couch and stuff yourself full of the fatty goodness!!!!

Who cares if you are already training for next years thanksgiving!!! (Joking voice)
