Later that night I sat on my bed wondering if he would ever talk to me again. I got up to go get a snack when my phone started to ring. When I answered it was zest .

Me : Hello

Him : hi

Me : so I bet u hate me now.

When I said that my heart sank so low.

Him: now why would I hate you strawberry .

Me: Strawberry zest what the . Oh and piper and Jason Grace are your mom and dad.

Him: um.... Yes

Me : they are my parents half cousin.

Him: so ..... what's the matter

Me: don't you like me?

Him : yes .... So what's the matter

Me : wouldn't that be a little awkward

Him : well if you think it is

Me : Oh ....... so then why did you call me.

Him : Oh strawberry ....... you held me up .... I thought something was wrong ,is there?

Me : well I didn't read your note in till after school then I figured it out. You were not there when I got to the school so...... I called you and your mom picked up.

I didn't answear I hung up. I felt so terrible. I walked downstairs to get my snack. After eating 3 whole bags of family sized chips and an Apple I went back up stairs and lauded in my bed . I looked at my phone and remembered what happened . I had three missed calls.
