Y/N is an S-class mage like Mira and Elfman. Y/N has been out on a job for a year and is now on her way back to the guild.

Y/N's POV

I'm outside the guild doors and I'm happy I finally get to see Mira and Elfman. I kick the doors open. "I'm finally back" I yelled as I was tacked. I looked to see who had tackled me it was Natsu. "Y/N your back I missed you so much" he said. "I missed you too Natsu but can you please get off me" I said. "Oh sorry" he said as we got up. "It's ok" I said as I hugged him. "Now you haven't been fighting Laxus have you" I asked. "No" he said. "I'll as Elfman and Mira just to be sure" I said. "I'm going to say hi to Elfman and Mira so I'll talk to you later" I said. "Ok" he said.

I gave Mira a hug. "Mira I missed you so damn much Mira" I said. "Y/N I missed you so much too" she said. "Are Elfman and Evergreen dating" I asked. "Sadly no" she said. "Aww ok maybe we can get them together" I said. "Is Elfman here" I asked. "No he's supposed to be on his was back from a job though" she said. "Ok" I said. "Do you think Laxus will talk to me" I ask her. "Yeah he might deny this but he kept asking about you and how long before you got home. I think he missed you a lot" Mira said. "I doubt he missed me" I said. "You'll be surprised" she said. "I'm going to walk over to the door because I hear someone coming" I said. "Ok" she said as I walked over to the door.

When the door opened I was hoping to see Elfman but Laxus walked in instead of Elfman. "H-hey Laxus" I said. "Oh hey Y/N" he said. "I've missed you" I said as I started to blush slightly. "Yeah I kinda missed you too" he said. "Also is that a blush I see" he asked. "N-no w-why you think t-that" I said. "Maybe because your stuttering" he said. "Shut up Laxus I'm not blushing" I said as the blush became deeper. "Whatever you say" he said. "Uhh I'm going to for a walk" I said as I ran out of the guild.

(A/N: Y/N and Laxus are just friends and Y/N DOSEN'T have a crush on him but Y/N is awkward around him sometimes)

I was walking around town as I walked into someone. "I'm so sorry I should have been looking at were I was going" I said. "It's ok Y/N" Lyon said. "Hey Lyon it's been a while" I said. "Yeah I kinda wish I went on that job with you" he said. "Yeah me too because then I would get to spend time with my best friend" I said. "Yeah" he said. "Oh are you going to confess to Sting" he asked. "N-no because what if he rejects me" I said. "He wouldn't reject you" he said. "Ok whatever you say" I said. "Well Y/N I should head back to my guild" he said. "Ok bye Lyon nice talking with you" I said. "Bye nice talking with you too" he said as y'all started walking to your guilds.

I was walking in the guild doors when a chair flew by my head. "Natsu, Gray your dead" I yelled. I felt a hand on my shoulder. "Hey N/N" Elfman said. "Elfman I missed you" I said as I hugged him. "I missed you too" he said as he hugged me back. "So are you and Ever dating yet" I asked him. "No" he said. "Elfman you and Ever would make an adorable couple" I said as he blushed. "Y/N me and Ever are just friends ok we will never be anything more than friends. so just drop it" he said kinda harshly. "I'm sorry I even brought it up. Elfman you don't have to worry about me ever bringing it up ever again and don't come looking for me" I said as I walked upstairs to gramps office.

I knock on Master Makarov's door. "come in child" he says as I open the door. "G-Gramps I'm leaving the guild" I said on the verge of tears. "child my I ask why" he asked. "I cant deal with the stress and I might rejoin the guild one day but I need to join another guild for now. I'm sorry gramps" I said as I cried. "its ok my child I understand and you all ready know the protocol for quitting the guild" he said. "yes I do and gramps could you please read this to the guild once I leave" I asked as I handed him a letter. "of course my child" he said. "thank you gramps and I hope to see you again one day" I said. "like wise my child" he said as I left his office and ran out of the guild.

Master Makarov's POV

I walked over to the balcony. "everyone I must inform you that Y/N Strauss has quit fairytail and she has a letter she wanted me to read to y'all"

Dear FairyTail,

I have left the guild for personal reasons and I had thought about leaving during my last job. I had a year to think about this and its the right choice for me right now. I need a brake from all the stress and I will come back one day. its nobody's fault so please don't blame each other. Gray I'm going to miss you a lot especially you and Natsu fighting all the time and Gray thanks for teaching me ice make. Natsu I'm going to miss you as well and please don't try to go after me ill send leo over to give you a letter over when me, you, and Gray can meet up. Erza please go easy on Gray and Natsu. Mira just talk to Laxus. Elfman I honestly think that you and Ever would make a cute couple. Laxus I'm sorry I didn't get to say good bye to you and thank you for always being there for me. Ever just confess to me brother already. Freed you know where to meet me and what time so please do I have something important to tell you. Romeo please try not to get hurt. Cana when I come back expect me to challenge you to a drinking contest. I love all of y'all. I also thought of y'all as family and im going to miss y'all a lot.
