Your POV
When I wake up, I'm not in my bed.
I'm lying on Dan and Phil's couch.
I reach over to the coffee table and grab my phone. It's seven thirty in the morning. Probably the earliest I've woken up without the help of an alarm clock. I check all my notifications, and put my phone back down.
Time to start the day, I guess.
Dan and Phil are probably sleeping.
And if I go back home, have breakfast and get showered and dressed, it'll be time for them to get up.
Quietly, I walk down the stairs with caution, open the door and leave the flat.
~Time skip~
I tip toe back up the stairs of Dan and Phil's flat, using the keys I took from the counter to open the door again.
My first victim is Phil. I go grab a cloth and soak it in water.
I could just take in a whole bucket, but it's sweet, innocent Phil and I'll look like an arse if I do.
I open the door, wincing as it creaks. I creep in, walking over to the sleeping lion. I hold my hand with the wet cloth out over his face, keeping my distance incase he decides to attack, and gently squeeze the cloth, watching the tiny drops splatter on his pale skin.
He stirs a little, and then shoots up.
He goes to yell, but I stop him by placing my finger to my lips and mouthing 'Dan' while pointing to the room next door. He nods and keeps quiet.
Now, for the big plan.
Dan isn't as innocent and sweet as Phil. He carried me around the flat! What's more frightening than a tall, clumsy and unfit person running around with you on their shoulder?! No offense.
I tell Phil the plan.
No, the game.
We're going to see how many objects we can place on the sleeping Dan without him waking up.
We tip toe in, not making a sound, and one by one, place different objects on top of him.
Phil has just brought down the Dan vs Phil leader board from the office and attempts to lay it down on Dan, when he stirs and wakes up, knocking down most of the items. Luckily we didn't put anything breakable on him.
"Ha! You lose! I win!" I begin to run around the room in celebration.
Dan gives us both a death glare, but it's easy to tell he's trying to. He can't help but grin when we meet each other's eyes.
"Aww, I'm sorry, Danny," I pull him into a hug. "But, it's almost eleven, get your ass outta bed."
He groans, but stands. "Have you had breakfast yet?"
"Yeah, I went back home to make myself look alive and presentable."
"Okay, well you can choose an anime while Phil and I get breakfast."
I nod and we all exit Dan's room, then split. I go to the living room, and the boys walk to the kitchen.
I sit on the couch and put on (anime of choice).
I hear muttering from the kitchen, and Dan shush Phil and mumbling, "Quiet, she'll hear!"
I shrug it off and scroll through Twitter while I wait for the boys.
Dan's POV
We walk into the kitchen and Phil begins to confront me.
"Dan, you really love her, it's obvious. You have got to do something! You have to tell her!"
I shush him. "Quiet, she'll hear!" I whisper shout through gritted teeth.
I don't want her to find out, in fear of rejection.
But at the same time, I want to tell her everything and ask her to be mine, so I can tell her I love her every day, hold her every day, kiss her every day.
Love is confusing.
But, maybe Phil is right. I should tell her. Soon.
But I've got to make plans. I can't just ask her now, as much as I want to. Maybe I can take her out on a series of dates, or, 'friendly outings,' before I ask.
But how am I going to do that? I'm not romantic. Well, I don't know. I've never actually had a person that special to be romantic to.
Enough. I'll just see how things go.
We walk out after making our breakfast and into the living room. Y/N is on the couch looking through Twitter.
"Ready?" Phil and I nod. "Finally!" She presses play and begins humming along to the theme. She's so adorable. Maybe I don't need anything big and fancy and romantic. I just need moments like these, and I'll have her in no time. I hope.
