The above concept is of a world where the (biased) gender roles are reversed. The men wear the stereotypical red heel, tights, petticoat, etc, and the women are in the typical classy suit with business in their pockets. In the background, behind where the paper seems to tear, there is going to be a mirror image of the above photo except smaller, and using today's usual gender roles.

Tbh, the baby's face is my favorite.
